Las instalaciones son increíbles y completas dentro del hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas. Todo es muy lujoso.

Su acceso a la playa. Como es una reserva natural, no hay servicios en la playa como reposeras, sombrillas o bebidas, lo que es usual y esperable en un All Inclusive. El mar en esta zona es sucio y rocoso, no parece el Carible. Realmente una decepción. Deberían advertir esto en la descripción del hotel. La ubicación está bastante alejada de la zona hotelera y los shoppings de Cancún. Si buscan tranquilidad, no es problema, pero sentí que estaba muy lejos de todo y costó mucho llegar.

Het personeel was geweldig. Super vriendelijk, behulpzaam. De kamers prachtig, de plunge pool en Cenote echt genieten. Het was elke keer super fijn om terug te komen naar het hotel.

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Te weinig keuze en niet heel bijzonder. Ook het feit dat je "gratis" ontbijt krijgt en dan wel toch 10 euro service kosten en daar bovenop ook nog fooi moet geven, ben je eigenlijk gewoon voluit aan het betalen voor ontbijt. de verborgen kosten zijn echt een smet op de ervaring.

Se voce procura um hotel perto da zona hoteleira de cancun, este hotel fica longe dessa localizacao, porem é perfeito para curtir o hotel sem muita bagunça.

It was a very nice stay. All inclusive including room service. Drinks were nice and pools were good.

It is quite a distance from Cancun and Playa del Carmen if you are going to leave the resort.

A enganação que me ofereceram

Muito caro, paguei um quarto melhor com all incluse. Chegando lá tinha que pagar 50 dólares por pessoa para poder acessar alguns restaurantes, sendo que na reserva garantia total acesso. Equipe faz descaso se você não os entupir de gorjetas.

The attention of the staff & the food is Excellent!!, the swim up suite is the Best!!! The location of the property is very convenient to make it fast to the airport.

The room wasn’t very clean and smelt damp and mouldy. The shower was dirty had mould in it and hand prints from previous guest. The food was very average somewhat below average at the venues and very small portions. There is a dress code for all the restaurants which doesn’t hold up to the quality of the venues nor the food you also have to book for every venue. There is not top range alcohol or wine unlike other all inclusive we’ve stayed at. The beach isn’t great you’ll be to travel further south to get beautiful beaches.

This was a top notch hotel, 5* worthy for sure. Food is outstanding so don't be fooled by reviews which say otherwise. You literally have everything you need there to tune out, relax and enjoy. We were staying here for our honeymoon and we received complimentary champagne and chocolate coated strawberries which was a very nice gesture.

You can only order their taxi, cannot order uber as it is a closed resort

some small annoyances in the room like doors not closing or broken hangers. But we spoke with front desk and they fixed it immediately.

The property is gorgeous. First time trying an ‘All inclusive ‘ hotel and we were pleased. Great value for money and would definitely recommend again. The pool was awesome with lots of bars and the drinks were flowing! Love the staff. Super friendly and accommodating.

It’s a little far from the Hotel Zone area. So if you’re thinking of going to restaurants every night or doing events think about the additional cost or choose events that will pick up from this hotel. For example we paid £75 round trip one night to go to Taboo

The beach wasn’t good. The construction was an inconvenience. Hammering early in the morning right outside your door. Mopping while guests are walking. I almost fell twice. No warning the ground was wet. The food wasn’t that good. Not sure why this resort is a 9 rating on booking. The snorkeling excursion was nothing at all as described to us when we were told about it.

I asked about taxi and shuttle service to near by airport. I was charged $48 for a 15 minutes ride to the airport. On top of that I first order an Uber and ask the guy at the door for access but they talked in Spanish and ignore my question. I had to pay almost triple the price for a 15 minute ride. Such a scam

Great food, awesome staff, and comfortable amenities in the room. Beautiful pool with several bars and snack bar.

Loved how to lobby was open and you can see the ocean.

The partial swim out pool was clutch. The partial pool was cooler in temperature than the main pools. It was convenient at night. The extra touches in the rooms, and thoughtfulness were appreciated. The gym had everything you’d need to workout- towels, drinks, fruit. The facility was clean.

Our bedframe was stained, and our shower barn door was rusty. The bars / club closed way before the time noted on the informational brochure. We could not get alcoholic beverages after 12am sometimes 12:30am. We were unable to get room service for wine although the brochure listed 24hr room service. We were not informed prior to arrival that there designated smoke areas, and couldn’t smoke outdoors freely.

The swim out pool with the ocean view was fantastic. The pillows were a hit with my husband and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a couples massage which was exceptional.

The food was terrible. There is no poolside food service, no proper Mexican food in sight, and just not great food all around. The location is also far from town and would have cost $90 to take a taxi. There was only one store and it was overpriced. Bad food, bad location. Finally, the ocean was full of seaweed and didn't have the striking blue water that cancun is known for.

The property is beautiful. The buildings are clean. Our room (junior suite partial ocean view) was immaculate and large. The property is small enough that everything is close by. We thoroughly enjoyed Satsu and Agua Bendita. We were not impressed with Vora Mar. Olio’s was fun, but maybe just not our type of place. We participated in aqua fitness and water volleyball everyday. Maui was a super fun activity director! The swim up bar was great. My husband and I don’t drink but we enjoyed some mock tails daily.

Sadly, the beach situation with the sargassum. We knew that going in though and that the resort really can’t do much about it. We were not impressed with the food at Vora Mar.
