الفندق نظيف جدآ وبجوارة مول كبير وموقعه مناسب في وسط جاكرتا

1. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Thamrin City Mall. Pusat membeli-belah busana muslim & batik. 2. Bilik untuk twin bed agak luas. Selesa untuk menginap 3. Bilik juga bersih dan kemas. 4. Sarapan pagi disediakan mengikut tempahan bilik. Menu bertukar-tukar setiap hari. Sangat memuaskan. 5. Layanan dari staft Hotel juga baik. 6. Jika anda dari Bandara Soekarno Hatta menaiki Airport train untuk ke Jakarta Pusat ( City Centre ) turun di Stasiun BNI City ( Sudirman Baru ) . Jarak untuk ke hotel kurang lebih ~2km sahaja. Sangat dekat.

1. Peralatan di dalam toilet sudah agak uzur perlu ditukar. 2. Pintu toilet agak sukar di kunci dari dalam. Tombol ketat. 3. Safety box yang disediakan di dalam bilik tidak boleh ditukar nombor. Kena guna nombor yang diberikan sahaja. Lebih baik jangan guna bahaya. 4. Bilik di tingkat rendah seperti tingkat 2 kalau dibuka tingkap nyamuk akan masuk ke dalam bilik.

The staff

There is not enough halal food in breakfast

It was very close to the two big malls. And the staff are very kind.

The first room had some smell but they changed the room immediately. But the new room wasn’t ready enough. Like the towels were old ones and the bed sheets had some stains.

All Photos in booking.com is fake, old furniture, chair full of stains, blanket, bedsheets, pillow cases dirty & full of stains not meeting the hygiene standards. 2 small pillows very dusty. Tap leaking, cockroach in bathroom, bathroom floors when checking in wet so i asked to move me to another room. Key for the room I have to beg as they used paper to keep the ac in the room on.
