It’s as listed. No extra frills or things to make you feel welcomed. Elevators were slow. Place was decently clean but there was peanut butter and jelly on the cabinet and small ants on and around the stove. Ants would come out when making coffee. We didn’t use kitchen besides making coffee and filling water bottles. Base boards need to be cleaned. King bed was comfy and we slept well. Felt very safe. We have stayed in many vrbo’s this past year so we are familiar with the offerings. The view was beautiful and the pool was great. We would stay here again. Recommend hosts provide some personal touches. No guest book or local information. Hosts did not have any involvement.

We couldn’t have asked for more for such an affordable price. This place is prettier than the pictures convey. The view of the lake from the balcony was awesome, especially during the sunrise. The pool downstairs has a small bar and grill where we hung out for hours in the afternoon. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four. And it only took 10 minutes to drive to Disney Hollywood Studios. Our stay surpassed our expectations.

This property is excellently located, with easy access to the interstate, Disney and Universal Studios. The night manager, Eric, was great respecting our late check-in. The downsides to this property were it’s cleanliness (the floors hadn’t been washed, with spill marks and food on the floor in the dining area), counters not thoroughly wiped and a random baby bottle left behind on the floor. We brought this to the owners attention, but no remedial action was taken because the cleaning staff said they didn’t have our permission to enter the unit because we were gone during the day. Disappointed no discount was offered by the hosts to compensate for this.

The property was as advertised and fit our 1 night stay perfect. The price was the selling point for us. This isnt a huge super swanky place, but nicer than a hotel, better space, and perfectly priced. If you need a landing spot while in the area, this is perfect for you.

Great spot to stay in if you are going to Disney, Universal. So close by. Lovely sunrises on the lake.

My family and I loved staying here ! Short drive to Disney Springs not every 5 mins! If you just want to relaxing day by the pool it has that also I was super impressed! I can’t wait to stay here again !

This place was perfect for our 4 night stay in Orlando to take our kids to Disney. When we checked in (a little early around 3:40pm) we got to the room and it wasn’t cleaned yet. Not the hosts fault, there was a miscommunication between the front desk and the cleaners, we left to get some groceries and by the time we came back it had been cleaned, very minor inconvenience. The balcony with the view of the lake and pool was amazing. The pool was great for the kids and the tiki bar was open everyday until 11pm service food and drinks, we had supper around the pool and food was good, they also make a great Pina colada. Only complain about the pool was the music, it was 4 days of nonstop 80’s music, wasn’t bad the first day but would be nice to have a little variety. Drive to Disney was only 15 minutes, my kids didn’t make it to the fireworks at 9pm but we watched them from the front hallway just outside the room and had a great view of them. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family of 4 or less with young kids. We had a great time.

Our stay for four nights in March was enjoyable. Minor complaint was the lack of additional blankets for bedding as the temps were on the cooler side. Other than that this was a great space with good amenities and a spectacular view. The check in process was seamless and the pool was excellent. Nearby shops and restaurants were convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a perfect location and size for our family of four. There is so much to do on the property and you are so close to all of Disney. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was fine but the slamming doors and yelling people in the cat walk was very disturbing specially when you are trying to sleep at night

This was our first time using Vrbo, and it didn't disappoint. We were supposed to arrive on Thursday, but Tropical Storm Nicole delayed us until late Friday night. Prerna and Shshank were great with accommodating this last minute issue. They were very responsive leading up to the trip as well and laid out in detail what to expect when checking-in, parking, etc. The view of Lake Bryan was beautiful and yes, outside the front door of the condo, you can see the magic kingdom fireworks. The layout does take a little getting used to as the bedroom is right by the entrance to the condo and the bunk beds are in the hallway, and having the 2 bathrooms is great. The kitchen and living room are great. Overall, the condo was clean, the bed super comfy and quiet. We didn't have time to explore the property more, so I can't speak about the pool or other amenities, but looked like everything was open weather permitting. Disney Springs was close by, as was EPCOT which is where we spent our weekend. Starbucks is within walking distance as well as Dunkin', but the property itself also has a coffee maker if you choose to make your own. The few critiques, which the owners of the rental have no control over, would be the building overall could use some updating or fresh paint or something to not look so dingy. And the elevators were a little sketchy at times where we almost got stuck getting off. Overall, it was a nice stay and good place to rest after a day at Disney.

Wonderful time here at the Beach Heron Resort, my husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay here while the rest of the family were on sight at Disney. The 10-15 minute Uber ride to any of the parks was perfect, never had to wait more than 9 minutes to and from the parks ! Quick ride yo Disney Springs as well, with tons of restaurants and shopping right out of the property. The view from the balcony… superlative, you’ll love the sunrises and chair ! The pool, hot tub and tiki bar were fabulous , only wish we had more time to have enjoyed it! Tiki bar had great drinks, they make a delicious “mudslide”, great burgers and fries. The condo itself was well equipped, kitchen had what we needed, they provided plenty of towels (even pool towels!) Was super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit. This is really for 2 adults with children as they’re is the king bed in master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi tub), a bunk bed set that is conveniently and yet awkwardly located in the hallway. The sofa pull out bed was convenient, we had a family member join us and she said the bar was most uncomfortable to sleep on. Perhaps that could be looked into for future guests. Otherwise it was a great getaway, we’d stay again !

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and bright. We were able to Instacart simple groceries for breakfasts and snacks. We used Rideshares for traveling to the Disney parks - quick and easy! Beautiful sunrises over Lake Bryan were a nice start to our days. Definitely recommend for a trip to central Florida.

We wanted a quick getaway and decided for once not to stay in the Disney or Universal bubble but stay in the middle. We thought it would be quite and calmer. Boy, were we wrong. From the rude check in. apparently, they don't like the VRBO check in's? To the pneumatic tile hammer that was going on during the middle of the day so that we could not even be in the unit. Call down to the desk? They can do that, it is during the appropriate hours, and do that for hours they did. FOR DAYS. It was a waste of our money; we couldn't even be at the unit. Not that we really would want to. It was meh. If I was a 20-year-old it would be ok, but it literally was particle board furniture. The dresser in the bedroom was falling apart, there was only 1 nightstand. no usb chargers. Things that are kind of basic now. The lighting in the bathrooms was horrible, if you are over 30 you will not be able to do your makeup so do not bother. Now the owners, seem kind and quick to respond to responses so that was a saving grace. The rude staff and Other Unit Noise was not their fault. But the bedroom is right next to the front door and right next to the door of the next unit. and when I say RIGHT NEXT, I mean it. so, I recommend this for a younger traveler who won't spend as much time in the unit. Again, the owners were kind, but didn't offer any kind of discount for all of the issues that we had. Of course, we didn't really lay it out for them. What can you do with a VRBO. Happy travels everyone, this one really had us learn some lessons and we need a vacation from this vacation!

The sheets were dingy with lots of specks of dust/dirt and hair. Hair was still in the bathroom from a previous guest. Otherwise, great location and gorgeous view.

Beautiful condo overlooking the lake. Had everything we needed and more. Condo was clean and just as described. Condo was close to tons of stores and restaurants. Very convenient and very close to Disney which was good for our vacation at Disney.

We were in Orlando for my daughters dance competition. The condo was the perfect location to the venue as well as activities to do on our downtime. The pool was great! We really enjoyed our stay!
