If you’re going to Sea World or Aquatica, the location is great!!! Walking distance if you wanted. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen. Would recommend!

I enjoyed the breakfast. The lady working in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.The location was good.

I didn't like the carpet inside the room, it appeared old and worn out. Inside the tub was not as clean. The tub had stains from the use of a bathtub shower mat. Please replace stained bathtub and carpet. I also didn't like that parking was $18 per night.

They charge for bottled water, the frig did not work in the room, the $18 fee for parking and the parking is confusing. Only a few spots near entrance.

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a conference nearby, particularly since it offered a shuttle to area attractions. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was great. It was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Oddly, there was a separate toilet room and the shower just had a sink but no toilet. This was fine, but just not what I was expecting.

The coffee in the lobby was terrible. It was so weak, it wasn't worth drinking. The breakfast was a standard continental with waffle makers available. I did not sample the breakfast as it was offered at my conference. My mother-in-law became ill and the hotel breakfast was the only thing she had eaten that the rest of us had not. The water that came out of the taps was very sulfurous. It was alright for brushing your teeth or showering, but awful for using in the in-room coffee maker. The couch was fairly worn out and should be replaced. There was only one night stand with accessible outlets. The other side of the bed had no reachable outlets. The shuttle schedule was not convenient and we ended up using Uber and Lyft and did not take the shuttles at all as they required pre-booking. There was also no shuttle service between the hotel and Hollywood Studios. As mentioned in the other reviews, you can hear people screaming on the SeaWorld coaster across the street if you are standing in front of the hotel. I did not notice it while inside of my room, but I was rarely in my room while the coaster was running.

Spacious Room, big bathroom, big parking lot spaces, comfortable bed and mini fridge.

Same daily breakfast menu, no variety and those eggs could improve to be real ones. Breakfast should be extended at least an hour. It is until 9:30am. Only one type of Coffee offered by the hotel except for the paid Starbucks available, too blonde/soft coffee almost taste like water (incuding the starbucks one in the lobby). A medium roast option could be a great option. Also, Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed 6 nights and 7 days, and housekeeping came 2 times only (a third one for the 6th day to remove sone towels and bathroon trash only. Towels are stained and ready to be changed for new.

The location was perfect, the facilities were very clean and the staff was exceptional

Everything was nice the pool a Jacuzzi . The free breakfast was awesome the staff so understanding. Even adjusted a room so my sister that came from New Jersey could be close to my daughter and the grandchildren!

Proximity to the SeaWorld parks and other things. Walking distance to a lot of stuff including Starbucks which I value very much. Staff was very kind and willing to assist us with whatever we needed, also asked us questions about our visit so they could make accommodations for transport if needed and other recommendations

It mostly looked clean visually, but the hotel smelled bad and our room had a horrible stench. Smelled like old, moldy carpet and stale cigarettes. Needs some updating as well.
