Fantastiskt poolområde, speciellt för barnfamiljer. Vi köpte till frukost. Trevlig frukost och möjlighet att sitta ute och äta.

Rummen är gamla och aningen slitna, skulle behöva en uppdatering.

I love the pools area and how onsite they had so much stuff to do there on the property

It wasn’t made clear from the beginning of checking in that you needed your keycard to get out of the self parking garage

Kids love the pool area, its big enough that even on a busy day you don't feel cramped. I love that the slide gave my son the option to wear a life vest due to his height instead of just turning him away like some places. The hotel and outdoor areas are all beautiful and in a great location with entertainment and great food near by.

Not a big deal but the towels are poor quality and it took a while to get extra towels to the room for showering. Due to their level of business, I had to call a few times to get room service up.

I decided to stay at the Hilton as it was close to the Orange Convention Centre. I was in Orlando to attend a conference and to take my grandson to Disney and Universal. The room was wonderful- quiet, clean with comfortable beds. It was good having a refrigerator available in the room and a Walgreens within walking distance. The pool was lovely with my grandson enjoying the lazy river while I sipped a drink from the poolside bar. They had yummy non-alcoholic frozen drinks that my grandson enjoyed. I did not realise that I was supposed to check-out, and the team were absolutely wonderful. It was so very stressful as the Australian Dollar does not stretch that far against the USD, and they were excellent! If I would have had more money at hand, I would have stayed much longer.

It would have been nice if the slide at the pool was open as my grandson would have liked to use it. I didn't ask about breakfast options, so I'm not sure if there would have been anything that was reasonable, and I could not afford buffet prices.

Das Hotel ist ok bis gut.

Der Poolbereich war (wie in den schlimmsten Pauschalurlaubs-Vorstellungen) ab früh morgens komplett voll mit reservierten (Handtücher!) Liegen. Es war wirklich um 9:00 Uhr keine freie Liege zu bekommen, wir sind 5 Personen, 3 kleine Kinder, wir hatten keine einzige freie Liege, aber es waren maximal 20% der Liegen mit Menschen besetzt, sonst nur die Poolhandtücher + Taschen zur Reservierung zu sehen. Katstrophe für so ein Resort und in meinen USA Erfahrungen, eine Rarität. Das Parken ist einfach sauteuer (Valet), das machen andere Resorts x Mal besser.
