Francisco was very polite and professional at checking us in! Great 1st impression! Room was large and comfortable! Building was clean and well kept!

It was close to universal. We loved our room. Had a suite it had two rooms and two showers so it made it super easy for the family.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The beds were very comfortable.

No hot water the first night and maintenance was sent to fix it and he couldn’t and said he would report it to the front desk for a room change. Never heard anything that night, so I went to the front desk at 8:15 am the next morning before boarding the shuttle to theme park and reported it again and was told it would be looked at by maintenance again and fixed or we would be moved to a new room. When we returned from the theme park around 8:30 pm, I asked the front desk about the status of the repair and the man knew nothing about it. He went into a side room and asked another employee about it and he came back out and told me they’re still working on it. I told him we wanted a hot bath and that it’s been ongoing since the night before and was supposed to be fixed or they were going to move us and he rudely said well, we can get you a new room after he made me wait a bit. I asked him if the new room should have hot water and if the issue was just my room and he proceeded to notify me that he couldn’t promise anything because one of their boilers went out. Wow! So possibly make us move all our items after a long day to another room for no hot water. Made no sense. He then asked us to sit in the lobby while he checked rooms for hot water. After a long wait, he came down and said the hot water was working in our room. Terrible communication! I asked him what happened snd he said the boiler wasn’t working and they fixed it, it went out again, and apparently they fixed it again and he did not know. The hotel doesn’t answer the phone promptly or at all. I called twice before arriving to set up the shuttle to the park and it rang for 10 minutes with no answer or recording. I called IHG customer service and they could not reach the hotel and IHG customer service couldn’t reach IHG customer care to rectify the issues.

Que tiene transportación sl parque ida y vuelta. Servicio para comprar paquetes a universal Pero aun caminando esta muy cerca. Limpio y restaurantes cerca. Premium mall 30 minutos caminando. HAY LAVANDERÍA 24 HRS. AUTOMATICA.

El desayuno para ser en TG friday esta muy básico. Los empleados en recepción lucen hartos en general .... pero resuelven.

I liked the fact that it was so spacious and had enough room for my large family.

First of all, a roach crawled across the TV in one of the bedrooms. Secondly, the breakfast was misleading. I ONLY clicked on the hotel, bc it advertised that breakfast was included. HOWEVER, when I got into the room and asked what time breakfast would be, the woman said that it was not included unless you had a voucher. WHAT???? That was nowhere on the reservation form. But she said I had to request that when I paid for the reservation. I do not recall seeing ANYTHING about that. And she was unrelenting, even though I had taken a screenshot of my reservation that said breakfast was included. The only way we could eat breakfast was if we paid $17.99 PER PERSON!!!! WHAT??? No thank you. I will stay at Drury Inn & Suites or somewhere similar that actually offers a free breakfast.
