Like the garage and the park across the street

Nice big windows in the living room and we loved the park across the street

The location was great and the house just as described.

Larger than I thought it would be. Beds were a little hard on my back but I can't very well expect a mattress switch. Clear instructions and expectations. Corner lot overlooking a park. Lots of people going for walks. Easy driving distance to shopping and restaurants without being loud

Location was convenient, park across the street provides distraction for teen boys. And place to walk , relax, or exercise

This is a great spot for your Rochester stay. House is well furnished and offers an at home fell with a nice layout.

The house was very nice and clean. It was located across the street from a park that was also very nice. Communication with the owners was a nice easy process, Douglas and Kris were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again for sure.

We were busy with wedding decorating etc.. but would have loved to check out the park across the street! We also enjoyed the cities scooters!

**We could not sleep 10 people on the beds as listed* Overall we were very pleased with the property. The location was in a quiet area near a lot of parks and the clinic. The house was beautifully decorated, although there wasn't a large gathering space--more little areas here and there. So great if you're looking to do multiple different activities, a little hard if you're trying to all sit together for dinner. It had all the necessary appliances/equipment that you need in a kitchen and plenty of parking. The bed situation: The king and queen beds were as listed, but the futon was smaller than a twin size mattress (6'x3.3'), which does not fit two people as listed. It also had very little cushioning--maybe .5"-1" and then wooden backing. It did not have a mattress like you'd expect for a futon. Thankfully we planned to have two kids on it, so one kid slept with me in the king (just what you want on vacation!) and the other slept on the futon. She was debating whether to switch to the floor after one night because it was so hard.

My children, grandchildren, husband, and brother and sister in law stayed , and thoroughly enjoyed the house! There was plenty of room, and everyone was very comfortable. We used four bedrooms, not the office/futon room, but nice to know it is available. Two tv rooms, dining tables, and bathrooms made the downstairs like a separate suite. Very nice!! The grill was very dirty, we did not use it. My husband was an auto body mechanic all his life, so suggests the trees over the drive be trimmed so as not to scratch vehicles. The outside air conditioner also needed cleaning.

The house is very cute, comfortable and clean. There was an office that allowed me to work during a Mayo clinic visit for a family member. Having two separate TV areas was also really nice. Great place to stay with walking across the street in a small park and a grocery store was also walkable. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Mayo Clinic, even during "peak traffic" which seemed pretty light to me. It was cold during our visit and having an attached garage was also a very nice benefit.

Wonderful house, great location, fair price.

Overall this was a great home. This property looked as if it had been recently remodeled. All of the future seemed like new Ikea furniture and all of the appliances were installed within the past 5 years. I stayed at this property with 10 guests people. It was great a sleeping 10 and had two separate tv/hangout spaces and nice kitchen appliances. This property would not be the best if you were trying to have a space for 10 people to spend a lot of time (like a retreat), but was great as a jumping off place for doing things in Rochester. We spent our time mostly not at the property, so it was perfect for our needs. The property owners/manager were attentive and responded quickly to any inquires.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. The park across the street provided an exceptional view and enjoyment for our family! We will definitely stay again in the future!

I had to be in Rochester for appointments at Mayo, but we stayed three weeks to do some fishing too. This house was perfect for our needs. It is a short drive to Mayo or an inexpensive Uber trip. Nice quiet, friendly neighborhood and right across from a park with a creek. We went for many walks and bike rides. The trials connect to the others in the area so one can ride for miles. The house itself is very comfortable. The beds are nice firm memory foam- a big plus for my back problems. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are nice. My husband was glad to have the office downstairs to use while we were there for our three-week stay. A more comfortable "standard" office chair would be in improvement though. Having a full bath, second living area and bedroom downstairs was also a big plus when we had a friend come and stay for a week. We fished several days in small streams east of town and there is a box fan which we set up to dry our fishing boots and waders in the garage each day. Because the house is on the east side of time our drive to fish was short (20 to 45 min) and we went to two plays in Lanesboro (40 min from Rochester) at the Commonweal Theater. Fabulous! Would definitely recommend visiting the countryside east of Rochester. Then come home to a nice comfortable house. I will definitely rent this house again on future visits to Rochester and the Mayo.

Great location, comfortable, clean and updated.

Like many others, we went to Rochester for a family member to get medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic. We were unsure of how long we’d be in Rochester, have a large close knit family and needed space. This place is awesome!!! Very nice inside, updated, lots of room, affordable and a 2 stall attached garage!! Doug is great to work with! If we ever have to go back to Rochester, we’ll look at this VRBO property to rent!!! Great property!!!
