Tengo 4 condominios directos frente al mar de cuatro dormitorios en Myrtle Beach. 2 de ellos se encuentran en Grand Atlantic, ubicado en la 20th Ave S en Myrtle Beach. Uno está en el piso 12 y el otro en el piso 9. También dos edificios más abajo del Grand Atlantic tengo otro en el octavo piso. Ese edificio llamado Paradise Resort. Ocean Reef es el cuarto edificio donde tengo otros 4 dormitorios en el noveno piso. Ocean Reef está ubicado en la 72nd Ave N en Myrtle Beach.

Our condo was very clean and perfect size for
13 people even if the other 2 would have came would have plenty of room.
Plenty of dishes and glasses and cups, also plenty of cooking items!
We had trouble with tvs and the owner was quick to responded and help us at our convenience!
Only problem was the parking spaces were very tight!
You do need a car to get to places or to shop
We would stay again!

We had a wonderful time. Our group consisted of five adults and four children. The unit fit us all perfectly. I was somewhat skeptical about having a unit on the 9th floor but we never had to wait too long. The apartment had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Fantastic condo! We had everything we needed and more!!! Every closet had some gems we discovered. Chairs, boogie board, noodles, pac and play! The owners were quick to respond with action. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Even the pull out bed in living room was comfortable!!!! Location was great! Clean beach! Wonderful vacation! Thanks Rufia and Frank!!!!

The condo was perfect for our combined families. Ample kitchen dishes and cookery. Clean and spacious unit. The kids had a great time in the pools. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic time in this rental. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of space. The place was spotless when we arrived. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Right on the ocean with an awesome view! Coming from New York, we were really looking forward to some warmer weather and were not disappointed at all. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, Walmart not far away, a mini mart right across the road for whatever you might need, an ice cream/alcohol slushie shop onsite. I can’t rave about this place enough!! Owners respond immediately with any questions, or concerns, you may have. Would definitely stay here again in the future!! The Italian buffet from Angelo’s was delicious and the steak kabobs from Angus Steakhouse were amazing!!

Condo: Urine stains & blood stains on linens, pillows stained with sweat and pink. Mold in all bedroom vents, furnace filter filthy, shower light fixture hanging exposing wires. Coffee pot broken spilling contents. 3 of the 5 TVs were inoperable due to remotes being broken. Informed host. Next day the host's cleaning staff showed up unannounced. Staff checks around and we agree that they will come back the next day at 10 am to replace the linens. The following day we ended up waiting until noon with no word from the staff. After reaching out to the host she informed us the cleaning staff would be coming back the following day. It was very disappointing to have agreed to a time and then have no attempt to let us know there was a change.
No attempt to fix the TV issues early since hotel was switching providers. Likely why host didnt care to replace the broken remotes prior to visit. Halfway through our stay and we were done having maintenance and cleaning staff coming in.
Host blamed us for checking our sleeping quarters saying we shouldn't be concerned with bugs or stains. I'm not paying to sleep on urine/blood.
Hotel: Parking not safe. Dents, scratches, & key marks occurring on multiple nights. No measures taken by hotel unless a police report is filed. Cockroaches observed over course of stay, primarily in the hotel corridors and pool area with one living specimen found in condo.
These issues have sullied the be a experience and it is unlikely that we will use Vrbo again.

We loved our time at this condo. It was great being right on ocean with lots of balcony space. Convenient location to everything. Loved Broadway at the Beach, Angelo’s Restaurant, Paula Deen’s Restaurant, Barefoot Landing, and Marketplace Common and the helicopter ride of course.

Beautiful Getaway
This experience was Amazing! It was Beautiful! The apartment is well decorated, made me feel like I was at home. The only thing, is I wish that the lady doesn't communicate with guests, her husband is a better communicator. She doesn't tame her tone when you are trying to make sure of your accomodations, especially when you have driven a long journey with a family. But this apartment deserves 10 stars!! Truly Amazing!!!

Family reunion
This property was nice, just a few things that stuck out to us. The sheets are very rough and there are no queen beds like listed all full size. My only other problem is the carpets in the bedrooms as someone with severe allergies carpets in a beach/pool location never seem to dry therefore become musty and aren't great my the end of the week I was so miserable. The location of the condo was ok, I think that part of MB is a little run down maybe due to Covid but nothing to do with the condo itself just something to think about. We loved the balcony and our morning sunrises! Condo had everything you could need and more! Owner was responsive when I asked questions before check in.

Grand Atlantic
The process to rent was uncomplicated; the property was dated; dishwasher was broken… so was clothes dryer. The unit manager was very responsive. There was a fire alarm in the building and the entire building was evacuated, however, thank God it was a false alarm… because the alarm in the unit (and the entire building) did not go off alerting the guests… thanks to the keen ears of my granddaughter who heard the speakers blaring in the corridors to evacuate that we were able to vacate the building… God forbid it would have been a fire….

Great location! Property was clean and the amenities were awesome! Tons of space for my family to be comfortable. Rufia was great with communication and assisting me with any needs I had during my stay. I would definitely book again if available my next visit.

Great views, clean roomy condo, perfect getaway
Views from the balcony were great, condo was clean, roomy and nicely stocked. Weather in November did not cooperate as a cold front moved in but the hot tub and pools were well heated and we enjoyed them every day! Overall nice place to stay, great location and Rufia was quick to respond to questions during the booking process. Deposit was rapidly refunded as promised - will rent again!

Very nice room, clean and great views. The beds were comfortable. A couple things we didn’t like was the wi fi was not good and kept booting us off, we had a bunch of kids and this was a problem. Also there was not enough bath towels for 16 people and we had to do a lot of laundry. They only give you 3 room cards, if you have more people this will be a issue, they did end up giving us 2 more which was helpful but still not enough. Overall experience was very good though.

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip At The Grand Atlantic
We had a great week of golf and relaxation at the Grand Atlantic even though we had to hunker down for a day as Hurricane Michael roared by. We loved this unit with four spacious bedrooms and nice view of the beach from the balcony. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The resort is centrally located near many restaurants and attractions.

My family and I had the best time staying at this location. It was really nice and clean. The view was amazing. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all. Plenty of room to spread out and that is something to say since there was 6 adults and 4 children. The owner was very clear in the instructions they sent to gain access and everything. This place truly felt like home. My family and I have already said we would stay again or rent another rental from this owner. Thank you for the wonderful time. Even though there was construction going on in front of our rental on the beach during the last few days it was very nice weather and an overall great time. Thank you!

It was excellent. Place was very clean.
Only two mentions we have is the ceiling fan in the middle bedroom with double beds and the bath needs repaired. It runs but shakes very bad. The kitchen faucet leaks at the base when you run the water and the pressure at that faucet is very low. The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 9. We had a great time. I would recommend this to others.

The condo was perfect for the size of our group. It had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The location was within minutes of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip with a large group.

Excellent stay!
We stayed at this condo over the Memorial Day weekend with three other families. The condo was clean, spacious, and oceanfront. The kitchen had everything we needed so we cooked all of our meals and never had to eat out although there are great restaurants near by. We spent most of our time on the beach but enjoyed the pools too especially when it rained a few days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Very nice condo was clean and very accommodating for a large group.
We had a great time. We were not aware of the biker weekend and had some problems coming and going but we spent most time on the beach so traffic wasn’t a big factor

Great view family friendly condo
We vacationed with our two daughters and their families total 6 adults and 4 kids. The extra 4 bedrooms suite gives you alot of room.
The owner Frank was always available whenever we had any question throughout the process from booking to checking out.
