Encantadora casa construida en 1890. Techos altos y pisos de madera en todas partes. Una puerta de la cocina conduce a una terraza trasera privada con una sala de estar y parrilla. My family and I were in town for a long weekend visiting family. This was the perfect place to stay for the size of our family. The location was AMAZING! Short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. Close to the Wasson walking/biking trail. This place was worth staying at just for the area it was in and all of the places you can walk to. There were 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The beds were comfy and the rooms were all good sized bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed (except for a table to sit and eat together but my fault for not checking this in the listing). We used the kitchen for a lot of our meals and they had all of the essentials we needed. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms, but the hosts were very responsive about the issue. Unfortunately, it was unable to be fixed during our stay, but this was not a big issue for us. It was a very hot and beautiful weekend weather-wise and we were very disappointed that the outdoor patio area was dirty and essentially unusable. The outdoor area is a big part of the reason we selected this place to stay, but we did not get to sit out there. The other issue we had were the fruit flies. While I do understand that it may be the season and the place was clean overall, the amount of fruit flies made it somewhat uncomfortable. The host did bring us some fruit fly traps, but even with the traps being in the kitchen, at times, was unbearable due to the number of fruit flies.

Stayed here with family for our son's wedding. Loved the location. Walking distance to big shopping area and restaurants as well as to Hyde Park's downtown area. Plenty of room. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it worked out. Enjoyed walking in the area looking at all of the beautiful old homes.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all we needed. Location was great . We walked to the square every morning. Didn't need to drive anywhere for breakfast or great ice cream.. Driving to various locations around and in the city was easy becasue of the highway infrastructure close by.

This house was perfect for my family. My wife, two daughters, and a few extended family members all stayed here for a wedding in town and it was great. The location is great, Hyde Park was even having a street fair while we were there! And it is so close to more of our extended family, I hope it is available again next time we go visit.
The house is beautiful and very well-kept. We didn't find anything to be lacking in the kitchen, and paper supplies were plentiful. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. I have no complaints. Thanks for everything!

Walkable to so many nice restaurants and coffee shops. Short car ride to beautiful parks and downtown Cincinnati. Super clean! Robin was VERY responsive! We were here for the Western Southern and enjoyed out stay.

The property was just as pictured. The bedrooms were all a really good size. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well equipped. Hyde Park is a really cute area and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It's title says it clearly-a charmer. Perfect location near HP Square. Cozy and well equipped, with comfy beds. Easy to find anything we needed. We were there for a funeral in Spring Grove and just a quick hop to get there.

Location, location, LOCATION
Besides the joy of walking just 5 minutes either way on Edwards St. to fabulous restaurants and a fun escape room, the host was very accommodating for us. Can't say enough about Alfios, E&O and HangOverEasy... get reservations well ahead. Enjoy the Krohn's Conservatory as well. A lot of nostalgia as well as fun for my sister and me who met here for a quick fun weekend. This home and area reminded us of the area in Louisville where we were raised (Highlands on Bonnycastle). If you are not used to city living, you may need to adjust to traffic noise, but it quiets down at reasonable hours. It's a lovely neighborhood, and we felt very comfortable walking after dark. The home was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely visit again when in Cincy!

My son and I stayed in this lovely historic home close to Hyde Park. It was adorable, very clean and probably the most comfortable beds we ever have slept in - I need the mattress brand! Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with when needed. We will be back!

Pleasant stay
Home was charming and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Located in a nice neighborhood. We had no problems finding parking spots close to the house. Robin was very helpful with providing us information on dining in the area. She even let us know that we could get into the house a few hours early. Beds were comfortable, something I always like to know in a review.

Wonderful Clean Home Close to Business District
Beautiful older home with lots of wood and character. We did not use the large kitchen but it would be perfect for cooking if you need it. Home was very clean and beds were incredibly comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast and loved the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely home
The home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect! It is a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants and shops. We were in town for medical appointments and it's an easy drive to the medical centers.

Nice getaway
We enjoyed staying at the house. Very Clean. Great location. The only issues were the heat in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Also it would have been nice if the back yard deck furniture and area were cleaned up so we could use it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Charming old home in great neighbourhood
A fairly “basic” home, but nice charm if you like older homes with some history (as I do). Driveway is quite small, I didn’t even try to park there (figured my car would stick out over sidewalk) but was easily able to park on street. Nice patio area under mature tree in the back yard, a pleasant place to sit and relax.

Hyde Park Fun!
Property exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful older house, well appointed and adorably decorated. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and exploring this beautiful neighborhood. The house was impeccably clean and we loved its old charm. Our ONLY suggestion is to put some mirrors in the bedrooms and have a full length mirror available. Would give this house the HIGHEST recommendation and would definitely stay here again.
