The lady although doesn't speak English, she's super welcoming and is totally able to communicate through text. The booking is located near a bus stop and is also at a walking distance from restaurants, grocery shops etc.

Can get quite hot in the house, so it's equipped with fans, it get's the job done but can also become a bit loud at night. (just something small to point out, not a huge problem at all).

The house had everything we needed, it was clean and the landlady was really really nice.

It wasn't as close to the center as we thought but was really near a bus station with two direct routes to the center that took between 10 to 15 min to the center.

Our host was great, very helpful with helping us with everything, accommodation was nice clean and we had everything there.

Tiles are a bit cold, good to have some slippers there, I guess. Other than that, ideal, good connection to city centre.

Good location, nice host and great bang for buck when it's not warm.

Place was warm and full of mosquitos, pillows were too hard.

Host guided towards free road parking which was a big plus

I don't think it was a good value for money, facilities were hardly OK

The host is living next door so she can be reached out easily. However the communication is limited to Italian language

The room is actually part of a bigger apartment which has been split by the owner. Unfortunately the finishes of the rented space are quite cheap. Pillows to hard to sleep on. Not suitable for more than 2 persons, if privacy is needed as the separation between bedroomand living room is only virtual. *However, the price we paid was lower than the average in Florence
