Nuestra casa tiene tres habitaciones.
Dormitorio 1 - Cama king size, baño privado, TV de pantalla plana.
Dormitorio 2 - Cama Queen, comparte un baño con tres dormitorios
3 dormitorios con cama matrimonial, habitación pequeña y baño compartido.
Estamos a solo una cuadra de la plaza Hyde Park con muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas, panaderías, cafeterías y paladares / yoga.
A una cuadra de una pequeña zona comercial, Rookwood Commons. Centro de la ciudad en solo 10 minutos y fácil de recorrer. La Universidad Xavier está a solo 5 minutos en coche y la Universidad de Cincinnati está a 10 minutos. El zoológico de Cincinnati es muy agradable y está a solo 10 minutos. El aeropuerto de Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky (CVG) está a unos 25 minutos en coche. Estamos a 7 casas de la parada de autobús que te lleva fácilmente al centro.

Perfect location to visit family in Cincinnati. House is classic Hyde Park home. It is well furnished and clean. It was a great place for our two adult children and partners to join us to visit Cincinnati family as we have all moved from our home town.

Beautiful house in Hyde Park, conveniently located to many things and central to the city. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the home is exactly as advertised. Our entire group (5 adults) was very happy with this property and we highly recommend.

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at Connie's home over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was roomy and we found the living area a great place to congregate, visit and watch football games on the wide screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't cook the Thanksgiving dinner, but ate at a relative's a couple of miles away. There was plenty of parking and we were close to restaurants and a well used walking trail. The day we arrived, we heard a smoke alarm chirping and Connie came over right away and fixed the problem. The noise was coming from an alarm on the third floor! The backyard looked inviting although it wasn't the season for sitting on the deck. If you come in the winter, pack a sweater. All the big windows let in a lot of light, but are also hard to insulate.We visit Cincinnati twice a year and would certainly return for a stay at Connie's.

This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to Rookwood and Hyde Park Square. Nice front and rear porches, comfortable beds. We had a great stay and hope to be back.

Fabulous house! Everything just as described. The location is perfectly situated for touring Cincinnati and enjoying its museums and conservatory. And it's a delightful neighborhood. We took an evening stroll past shops, and enjoyed hearing the neighborhood's history from the friendly local fire station attendants. At the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our host's thoughtfulness -- from a stash of items you invariably forget to pack in the upstairs hallway to the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. We also enjoyed the privacy of the back porch and appreciated having a full set of outdoor furniture and grill too. We'll readily return and recommend to friends!

This was by far the best short-term rental we've found in the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati. The house is a great place to hang out, and it's on a quiet street, yet only a short walk from restaurants and stores. Everything went very very smoothly.

Perfect stay!
We loved our stay at this delightful property! The location was beautiful and within walking distance of Hyde Park Square which has wonderful restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Communication with our host was also great. Everything went so smoothly from check-in to check-out. She even gave us a heads up on an event happening in the neighborhood. We hope to stay here again when our daughter graduates from CCM.

Lovely home in a classic neighborhood
We really enjoyed this beautiful old home. Large and roomy with lovely woodwork and antique fixtures, but with a very modern kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. Centrally located to most of the sights of Cincinnati, there are plenty of very nice shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect house and location!
This home worked out great for our three night stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms downstairs were roomy and the front and back porches were perfect for hanging out. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
I would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in Hyde Park!
This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 babies/toddlers. Very clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The location is a short walk from Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Pavillon. And just a short drive to so much more. Definitely recommend this space, and hope to be back.

Charming vintage home in Hyde Park
This charming vintage home is managed by an equally charming property owner.
Our stay was warm, comfortable, and worry free. We were able to communicate with the property owner easily and efficiently via text.
One warning: This is an old home (built in the 1940's?) with a steep stairwell, and there are no bathrooms on the lower level.
So if you have trouble managing stairs, you should beware. These are not easy stairs, even for young people.

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood
The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and well equipped for a stay. We were visiting Cincinnati with our 11 year old granddaughter and wanted a place that was centrally located to all attractions, and in a great neighborhood. This home ticks all the boxes!

Hyde Park Gem
Wonderful 100 year old home in Hyde Park neighborhood. Walk to village for restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques or to Whole Foods and main stream shops, TJ Maxx and similar. 10 minutes to heart of Cincinnati, OTR and riverfront. Connie is a great host and very responsive when the need arose for questions. The house is very homey and comfortable, fully outfitted with cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, stemware, everything you need to create meals at home. Great stay!

Lovely home, clean, inviting and reasonable
We just spent a few days in this home and enjoyed the home. It was clean and inviting. The owner (Carrie) was lovely. No one had been in the house before us- so she offered to have us come in as early as we wanted. she also extended a late check out for us due to later in the day airport departures. We would rent it again- and for the price, we thought it was a good value- and close to shopping, restaurants and Hyde Park Square.

Great Location and Beautiful Home
Connie was an amazing hostess. She let us check-in early to her spectacular home close to shopping, restaurants and a local brewery. I grew up in Cincinnati and was returning for a baby shower. We walked to my childhood favorites LaRosa's and Graeter's. Connie's home gave us a peaceful stay and plenty of room to stretch out. We even played Yahtzee in her spacious living room. Connie provided the basics just like a hotel which was wonderful since my daughter forgot her toothbrush. I would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Lovely and comfortable house in an ideal location
We loved this house- spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Additionally, Connie is a very responsive and helpful owner, which was much appreciated. We will stay here again if we travel to Cincinnati in the future.

Wonderful home and great location
We were in town for a family reunion. The house was lovely, the beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen was so well equipped, and the front and back yard was perfect for our grandkids to play. We will definitely ok this house the next visit to Cincinnati.

Beautiful home!
We had such a wonderful stay at Connie’s home. She was very accommodating and the house was beautiful with lots of character. Also large master bath and everything was very clean and in good condition. Great deck and porch to hang out on and really close to Hyde Park square. Awesome location. Wonderful Hyde Park house
Perfect home for our family of 4. Ideal hyde park location walking distance to the square, 1 block from Rookwood Shoping. Great kitchen. Would stay there again and highly recommend to others. Off street parking was huge plus as was two full bathrooms. Great host Connie was extremely helpful, and the place had a basket with emergency supplies like a hotel, if you forgot a toothbrush or some sundry. Nice touch!
