I have family in P.R but I need to some work done while visiting. The view was fantastic. I was able to get all my work done before time. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The host was absolutely wonderful and communicating and checking on us throughout our entire stay I will say however the hotel is in bad need of repairs the pool isn't available everything is dirty the game room most of the games don't work there's a bar and a restaurant and a cafe advertised just being located on the site of the property none of these things exist or are open again the property manager was wonderful but when I come back I will not stay here again I can find similar accommodations with a pool and a spot etc for roughly the same price point

Loved, loved, loved this property! Very comfortable studio apt that could accommodate at least 4 people. Everything you need is at your disposal. Full kitchenette. We made our own breakfast every morning, which we ate on the balconey with a spectacular view of the beach/ocean on one side and airport on the other side. My daughter and I would sit on the balcony at all times often and would watch planes of all sizes landing and taking off. Distance to and from the airport in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants, supermarket and lots of fun places to explore. The beach, steps away with private access. The owner, Mr Kaufman was in contact with me before, during and to the end of our stay. Any questions or concern he was just a text or phone call away. There is some remodeling construction going on but only during the day and to honest, I didn't even hear them and it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay there. Thank you Lionel, hope to be back again some day.

If there was anything I'd change I would have liked a couple more towels and a couple extra blankets. We stayed 9 nights and there were 3 of us with one towel each. So we had to do laundry halfway through the stay and it was expensive. The blankets on the bed are very thin and would have liked a extra. But besides that it was perfect!!

Great beach apartment with all the amenities you need. Good location close to the airport, short uber from old San Juan and near by rental car and restaurants. Wifi is free from the hotel and it can be little intermittent, but other than that it is great.

Close to everything. Only that restaurant was closed.Bar open but very expensive for drinks had. Had no coke, sprite.diet coke,tonic water.

The hosts communicated with us through out the trip. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room has a beautiful view of the ocean which we enjoyed. The hosts provided beach chairs and a cooler which were very appreciated for our time in the beach. Overall, great hosts

Our stay at Lionel and Sally’s place was incredible. The 15th floor studio apartment has a great balcony view of the beach which you have access to directly, as once you book you are a guest of the hotel. Meaning, you have access to the hotels game room, fitness center, bar and lounge area, jacuzzi, pool, beaches and more. The room was spotless and house keeping was ready to come in and clean once our stay was over. Lionel and Sally are flexible with a late checkout, should that be something you’re interested in if you have an evening flight. The hotel will store your luggage once you’re checked out if you still want to get in the beach or pool or even checkout the neighborhood one last time. The studio is a fully furnished apartment, which means you have access to the kitchen, should cooking be an option for you. Lionel and Sally also provide a cooler and 4 beach chairs to bring onto the beach, which made my boyfriend and I’s day! Nice clean towels and a bar of soap are provided as well. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. CVS and Pueblo Supermarket, which are about a 5 minute walk from your room, are open 24/7. Alambique Beach Lounge (more of a drink and dine experience) and Los Gorditos restaurant (more of a tropical high quality fast food place) have great food and are within walking distance. El San Juan Hotel which is approximately 100 feet away (literally right next door), offers free live music nightly as well. Location is a selling point as the moment you exit the airport, you’re a $7 Uber ride and 7 minutes away from your hotel. Clean apartment, great and attentive hosts, access to all hotel amenities, seamless check-In and checkout at the hotels front desk, and safe location to walk around during the day and evening is a plus. The Kaufman’s were so nice and helpful through the booking process. The Accommodations are very nice. And the view is spectacular. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer place.

Stayed here on my recent vacation in Puerto Rico. Apartment was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Loved the balcony with the view of the beach . Nice pool and lobby. I would recommend staying here .

I want to thank lionel kaufman for giving me the opportunity to rent the place. The View was perfect The Beach restaurants water sports was just a few steps away. I highly recommend this place it was excellent.

The room was clean and stocked as promised. I liked that it was a high floor with views of the ocean and neighborhood. The location was perfect.

The property itself was great. Communication with the property owner was not lacking in any way. The view was pleasant. The hotel itself had exceptional amenities. So why did I say "But" here's the reason why. This would have been a perfect experience; however, I feel that some attention should be given to the interior of the unit. Updating the unit itself would make the stay more pleasant. Please be aware that there is quite a bit of humidity in Puerto Rico and it takes a toll in the unit smelling musky. I would still recommend this unit and owner as I had a wonderful experience.

Loved the location the beach was the best. Sondra's food cart a must have. The weather was all Sun all day long!

Room was clean had a good ocean view. Only complaint is not having house cleaning. Had to wash our own stuff. Could have had house cleaning for a fee. Hotel and pool was great. Owners easy to work with. Thank you.

The facility was very nice with the pool and access to the beach. It was also nice to have parking provided. The owner was easy to communicate with and always responded. The room needed some tender loving care! It needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The floor was very sticky and dirty; the toaster only worked if you held it down; the refrigerator shelves were not clean-everything I put on the shelves stuck there. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

First I’d like to thank Mr. Lionel Kaufman for his outstanding attention to my needs and for being such a great host. Clear and precise instructions regarding arrival, checkin and the apartment amenities. The apartment is exactly as described and it is fully equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. All you need to buy is food and drinks in the event you want to prepare your own meals. Since the balcony of the unit is located on the east side, there’s a very nice kool breeze that comes in which is more than enough to keep the A/C off. The ESJ lobby has been renovated and it looks wonderful. Access to the beach and pool is just steps away. I highly recommend staying at Lionel’s place. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay the apartment was clean and loved having a balcony and kitchen. Ocean view easy access to beach pool and jacuzzi . Right on the strip with beach restaurants and casino . Everything you need was right there . Much better than a hotel with all the amenities bar in the lobby with game room . The apartment had everything you needed even xtra pillows a cooler even aloe spray which came in handy . Overall it was a great stay would recommend for sure

5 star choice for me is easy. The location is walking distance to stores and restaurants. The beach is literally tour back yard. The view from the room will take tour breath away. The proximity to the airport. The furnishings they supply for you. The air conditioning worked superb. I was cold at times. The balcony with seating is a great addition. The hotels pool is nice. The bar downstairs is friendly as well as the staff. You can book tourist tours from the lobby. I could go on. But go see for yourself...
