Great value for money! The hotel's affordable rates made it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers, and the room was comfortable and inviting.

It's a nice, quiet neighbourhood that is simultaneously close to two decently connected metro stations. The staff were knowledgeable and obliging. Bringing breakfast to the room is a nice touch.

This has nothing to do with the staff at this hotel, but rather Treebo as a company. Despite choosing the (more expensive) booking.com option that requested no upfront payment, I received repeated emails asking for a deposit to secure the booking. This contravenes the principles of the site and added undue stress as I worried that my room would not be available when I arrived. Moreover, I was charged the full price of a booking I made and then cancelled well before the deadline. It then took intervention from booking.com (Treebo were unresponsive to messages) to gain a refund, more than a month later.

Overall pathetic experience and stay at this hotel. The room provided was not clean at all and committed to adjust for a day and next day (2 night stay - 28th -30th Mar, 23) will be provided another room due to all rooms sold out. Not clean, no intercom working, all room lights were not working, fan switch was away from bed,, water dripping in the washroom which has water drainage all over the floor and messy around the place. No hooks to hand towel in the washroom. These was not only limited to room based issues, but also kitchen related service which i faced and had frustrating experience to name few: 1. After arriving and checkin, ordered coffee till the room get cleans as requested. But neither coffee was okay nor hot. 2. For Dinner on 28th Mar, ordered food as was unable to move out and explore, again got disappointed because of taste and the rice used was broken rice with tasteless touch 3. Next day for breakfast on 29th Mar, it was included in the package. Had 2 options - Aloo Parathas or Bread omelette with Tea/Coffee.. .What was even most irritating is that the boy who brought in the room only omelette without bread, such a inefficient staff to serve guest. Till the time bread was supposed to arrive, the omelette was already less hot ro consume. Inspite of requesting toasted bread, it was yet not toasted properly with Serving only 2 slice of bread. The worst is yet to come, and the most disgusting out of all the above stated is that the moment I started having bread omelette ... guess what I found ? I found broken peices of eggshells in the omelette.. such a disgusting, unapologetically and unacceptable service. They did gave me option of another piece of Aloo Parathas but as they have delayed in serving breakfast was very difficult to accommodate my time as per their scheduled And the audacity is as such they could have compensated with something in it's place. , which I found total failure in their service..

The hotel was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. The price was incredible. There were several excellent restaurants within walking distance. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place is the same as the pictures are put up! Decent facilities available. Quaint little place - situated in a residential area so that works. At a stones throw there are a bunch of restaurants you can eat at.

They had a policy on no Zomato and swiggy delivery. The geyser unfortunately didn't have hot water.
