Good location for where we needed to be. Accommodating host. No surprises. Home looked as depicted. Glad we stayed here.

Perfect weekend and perfect accommodations!!

We enjoyed our stay here for a short business trip. The neighborhood was good on one side and a little rough on the other. When we got to Dallas the temp was extremely hot in the 100’s. We tried to kick the air down from 78 & after a few hours it would but budge. There was sugar ants all over the kitchen and master bath. I reached out to the host a few times about these issues and never received a response. It did not ruin our stay, was just hot inside the house. Otherwise, this is a fine place to stay for a weekend.

The property was decorated nicely, clean and supplied with what one needs for a vacation get away. Just a lot of stairs and the parking wasn't that great.

We loved our stay here. We had a rental car so having a garage was a huge bonus. The townhouse itself is immaculate and looks exactly like the pictures. It is very bright and airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. There were 4 of us, and we had so much room for everyone. The location was close to so many restaurants and stores, and we would definitely stay here again!

Habe stayed here numerous times when available. Always a pleasure. Neighborhood is quite close proximity to nite life and shopping. Take a late night stroll through the Neighborhood or a run or sip a glass of wine on the patio and watch the planes land in the distance. Great all-around place!

This property is in a great location and is very functional. If you cannot walk two flight of stairs, you should not stay here. Also, it is noisy, but once you get use to it, it’s fine. There are plenty of TVs with ROKU and other apps👍

We had a great time. This is a place that grown folk would appreciate and let their young spirit free. Very modern, lots of natural light. Full of amenities, stocked kitchen & toiletries. The owners are pleasant & accommodating.

Great property! Easy accessibility being off of I-75. Having attached garage is a huge plus. Comfortable furniture and bed. Short drive to fabulous neighborhoods to dine and shop. Absolutely would stay again!!

The location was perfect to what we were there for. Our rides to where we wanted to go were no more than 6 mins. The walkability to restaurants, coffee shop and liquor store can't get any better. The only downfall was the 2nd bedroom, there is one lamp in the room and it's on the opposite side of the bed. So if you forgot to leave the lamp on and come in and it's dark, you can't see at all. So extra lighting would be great, or some kind of closet light. Along with a dustpan for light sweeping, would be great. Other than that it was perfect!

This property was amazing. I’m from Dallas but was visiting. Area was lively in East Dallas. The unit was remarkable. Exactly as depicted in photos. A great use of space and keyless entry that was simple to use. Amenities were superb & we will definitely book again.

Checking in and out was very easy and we appreciated the contactless and no keys. We also appreciated the garage space being that we drove.

I have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this place was one of my top 3…. New property , as nice as it shows .. minimalist decor which means you are not surrounded with someone’s “things” .. love the kitchen with Xtra long Island .. whiles I didn’t cook at all it was nice to have the option . Easy in and out with keypads . King mattress was one of the best ..I slept great . I admit to not be the most streaming savvy so I struggled a bit w/ tv and didn’t understand how to see current news the entire week . Loved that I could choose my own temperature in master and downstairs…. I shared with the owner that they need more washcloths and towels to support multiple guests . I’m a Keurig lover and they had a Mr coffee . I borrowed one from a local friend and went to Kroger and bought my own k-cups . It would be a nice touch to have that already as well as water bottles in the fridge as I don’t drink from the faucet . Was able to uber to grocery and restaurants easily enough . I would definitely stay here again …

Exactly as the listing. Great Host! Great location, quiet a hidden Gem! I try to stay here whenever in Dallas as you will want to also!
