Warm, comfortable, spacious enough. I loved the decor but obviously that is a personal opinion. The bed is a King size. Lovely spacious shower and optional bath. Very quiet and peaceful. Yet close to and easy walk access to town centre approx 1 minute away. For extra vehicles above one, the car park opposite is very reasonable rates.

There was nothing I did not like. It is a little difficult to find by car initially but easy after that and once you have the keys, on foot it is easy access. The hosts came out to meet me when I phoned them to find the property and bring the keys. This property would not be suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps.

Home From Home. Beautiful

Collecting the key would have been easier if I had used the correct keycode but I stupidly used a code from a previous cottage we stayed in. The cottage was cosy and clean. The location near, but not in, the town centre was ideal.

Nothing really. It would be nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher but I don't know where you could put it. Washing up is easy and for washing there is a laundry very close to the property that washed and dried our clothes in two hours. As with many comments the driveway was challenging but luckily we did not get the car out for the week we were there. Welsh weather! Not the fault of the owners, it could have been worse.

On arrival keys didn't work so access impossible I'm a disabled person that needed access to property after arrival rang both numbers provided and first number went to answer phone second number said not available...it was only when we saw neighbour.... that happened to be a relative were we able to get in. Owner later rang to check we were ok.

fantastic central location. perfect for a couple and self catering as the cottage is fully equipped like a “home from home”. Very comfortable and extremely clean on arrival. great attention to detail. would definitely stay again!

The entrance and drive way to the car parking facilities are extremely tight if you have a larger size car. But because of the central location you can just park up the car. ( we used near by car park £3.50 a day)

The space available to park was quite small and the access was down a narrow track so it wouldn't have been suitable for a large vehicle. Perhaps this could be made clear in the description.

Ideal location, everything is within walking distance! Good facilities for our weekend, kitchen is equipped enough to cook a decent meal. Nice large bathroom with big shower and separate bath. It has all the basics you need for a nice weekend.

The beds weren't too comfortable and I'm not sure what size the double bed was (it felt smaller than our standard double at home?!) so we didn't sleep too well. The blind in the downstairs bedroom was a bit stiff and didn't shut entirely, which let the light in. I'd read about the driveway prior to our stay - it's less than ideal and you have to reverse half way up it to get out, but there is plenty of parking on the road as a alternative!

Lovely cottage in a central location. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Would happily come back!

The access to the small car parking space is down a steep and un level road. I didn’t bother as I don’t think I would have got back out again. Parking in the council run car parks are well priced though and nearby. There was also noise from below the flat from what appears to be a workshop. This isn’t mentioned in the advert. The noise wasn’t bad but it was very obvious on the Saturday afternoon for about an hour or so (sounds like a generator and a wood saw) again, not a massive issue as presumably most people are out in the day but I was disappointed with this, especially as it happened on the Friday afternoon just after I’d checked in as well!

The cottage was very homely and had everything we needed. bonus was a very large smart TV. Good free WIFI connection, Fantastic ultra modern bathroom with both lovely free standing bath and large walk in shower, felt very luxurious.

Although there was a parking space to rear of property, the access to the parking space is very poor and could easily damage your car unless you have an off road vehicle. Once fixed would highly recommend as parking is difficult to find unless you are willing to pay. Bearing in mind the good value of the property there is a paying car park across the road £8 per 24 hrs.

the access down the track behind the property was steep and rough, not great also when turning round next to the cottage any car bigger than a Ford Focus or like is difficult as there is no light that comes on when it is dark. when travelling back up the track to the road is steep and pulling out onto a single track road which is a blind spot and nearly bumped my car into the opposite wall not good, would stay here again if it wasn't for the access. the bathroom shower also needs a shower matt to stand on.

The locality

The property was very clean. The kitchen/ living area and bathroom was spacious The beds were comfortable Communication from the hosts was excellent - emails before arrival told me everything I needed to know. Brilliant location - would recommend this property to anyone visiting Llangollen.

The steps to access the bathroom were steep. Steps at both front and rear entrance. Very steep and uneven driveway, difficult to manage tun in at the top, blind corner trying to get out of driveway and limited space to turn car at the bottom

The location was great just 2 minutes From the town centre. The accomadation was lovely very clean it was like home from home. Very well equipped.

Another separate toilet of shower room would be better. 4 adults sharing, long waits ! Parking and access to it very inadequate. Only space for one vehicle. Small double bed on mezzanine floor very unstable.
