Good location and easily accessible.

There were 2 sliding windows in the bathroom leading to the outside that weren't lockable in any way. Completely unsecured for anybody to crawl through. Also, only a chain on the front door but no dead bolt (perhaps a preference but still a security concern). The hot tub isn't always filled with cover, but instead was retrofitted with a sink tap faucet (!!) and takes 40 mins to fill up. The bathroom adjoins the hot tub area and just felt dated. More like a gym shower than a home. Bed's heated mattress had a hard lump at the head of the bed so you're rolling onto it constantly (not comfortable). I know these ladies are trying their best to run a boutique establishment, and I hate to neg on a small business! There's just a lot of work needed on this motel still and considering we paid $20 more to stay at a much nicer hotel up the street, pricing for what you get should be revisited.

We enjoyed our stay it was very family friendly loads to do for our family, central, very clean and most importantly ripple team was amazing they made my family feel comfortable which is tops with me.

I didn’t order breakfast but overall the stay was nice. The stuff was amazing and so kind. The room we stayed in was small and cozy perfect for a couple. They had a heated pool and our room had a private spa which my partner had a tutu on and we couldn’t turn it off and had to ask the stuff to help us turn it off 😂 but overall it was a beautiful stay. They had a play room with a ping pong table and a mini golf course.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was a nice room with everything you needed in there.

The rooms were neat and tidy and upto our expectations.....and it was nice and quite....the pool was wonderful even the kids could enjoy it well because it was not too deep and safe for the kids...

It would have been wonderful if there was an oven or something to grill.

Breakfast was amazing and easy with the family. Space and value were incredible and fit out big family. Everyone on staff was so kind and accommodating.

It was hard to find online- wish I would’ve found it sooner!

The staff member on check in was amazing, really rolled out the welcome mat and that really just made our whole visit so much better The facilities are great, tidy, clean, comfortable bed, TV's in both rooms , well 100% be back.

There was nothing we didn't like.

From the warm friendly greeting when arrived, room spotless, spa great for after a fun day shopping & sight seeing till checked out, awesome service, very happy.
