The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have breakfast throughout my stay so I cannot comment. The food at the hotel is delicious, we especially enjoyed the steakhouse. The location was great and close to restaurants and shopping.

There seemed to be insufficient staff in the restaurants and consequently wait times were significant. No other complaints.

The club floor 22 was staffed by excellent happy staff. Generally nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff were similarly joyful. It provided a quiet getaway from the crowds.

There was limited storage available for clothing but we managed as the room had generous proportion s.

Location and rooms were well appointed

We wanted room service at about 10.30pm on Sunday, 18 August. We tried to call the number provided for in-room dining and the app and even the front desk numerous time but no response. This took about 20 minutes of trying. Once we got through, the service (time it took to deliver the food to the room and the thoughtfulness of the service staff to bring up a credit card machine for payment so that check out would be swift the next day) was good. Bathrooms are a little dated and the climbing into the bathtub for a shower not ideal
