Hello, as a well travelled mortal off this world , I have NEVER stop in such a INDESPECTABLE hotel , ( that words fail me ) . With not going into great Detail , when i can down from my room to ask if bottled water to tack my MEDS, i was given the reply ( YOU HAVE A TAP IN YOU ROOM DONT YOU } and was left standing there , till the same person sad ( HAVE YOU GOT A PROBLEM ) Unquote . Excellent cooked breakfast. Love that it was cooked fresh for us not kept warm in containers like other hotels. Great selection on the buffet too. Staff attentive. Hotel located conveniently. Close to family and shops.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar and reception areas were nice to meet with family and friends, good selection of beers and pub food was a reasonable option for the price. There was also some outdoor table and chairs that gave a nice option to sit outside after dinner. WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel. Free parking was a bonus.

Traffic noise is loud if you are staying in a room at the front of the hotel. As we were quite jet lagged I did request a room at the rear so we could rest. This was confirmed by the hotel in the weeks prior to arrival , but when we got to the hotel we given a front room with no option to change, very disappointing. Rooms have no air conditioning and were hot and humid on the higher floors when we travelled during our 4 night stay in Aug. The room we had was small, with a small double bed. In my experience it was not suitable for a couple who are travelling internationally for several weeks with large suit cases. There maybe other room configurations, but we were not offered this.
