Sold to us on booking.com as suitable for a family of three, but the staff wanted us to pay more for a separate bed for our child. Rip off practices.

The hotel property was well maintained and exceptionally clean, as was the room. Check in was relatively easy and pleasant. The restaurant was excellent in both food and service. We were there in the low season so my friend and I had the place to ourselves. Special kudos to the manager, who made us smoothies with mixed flavors by request (strawberry/mango instead of either one). The airport shuttle was a significant factor in my decision to book here and it was a welcome convenience. The driver was prompt, courteous, and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The water in the shower never got hot, or even warm. It was cool/tepid at best. It would be fine on a hot day, but not so much for relaxing tired muscles. Also, the shower was in a tub with VERY slippery footing. There was no mat or textured surface to reduce the chance of a fall; I had to be very careful using soap as I showered. Overall, that seems a very strange experience to have in a five star hotel. I suggest the property manager consider addressing these matters, especially the slippery tub/shower.

From the minute I was collected from the airport till I was dropped off back to airport and during my stay the entire period was exceptional.

Front desk staff, room attendants, and upstairs pool bar keepers were all excellent and went above and beyond to make me happy!!! Very safe area also, a little away from the downtown conjestion.

My room was upgraded, which I like. I have stayed at this hotel about 60 times in the past 9 years. Before it was a Best Western and I received points and upgrades. It was nice to be recognised this time as a regular customer even booking thru booking.com.

The bar still has no staff or any activity. This stopped before covid and has not recovered. It used to be a nice wine bar with music. Unfortunately not any more.

Very helpful staff, nice restaurant. Clean and spacious rooms.We spent there just one night berofe the flight to Europe and the hotel was convenient for such purposes. Close to the airport, but half the price compared to the airport hotel.

The hotel was very nice but the surroundings of the hotel were rather not appealing. A glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom.

The hotel was 15 minutes from the airport which is why we booked the hotel for the night before we flew back to the UK. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and there was a complementary shuttle service to the airport

Everything went well. This is a beautiful hotel with nice grounds, a real oasis in a part of the town that is "close to the airport" (About all one can say positive about the area). The BF was lavish, the buildings and facilities first rate, and the airport shuttle was the best we've ever experienced, with people waiting for us and helping everything, a real plus after 27 hours of travel by plane. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I will definitely book this hotel
