Staff was great, the room very clean, breakfast was yummy.

It was noisy next to restaraunt but I knew once it closed it was ok.

Breakfast was good, Noise level was ok, Staff was really good. Hotel itself was pretty good.

Was disappointed with the first room (executive suite?) as carpet/floor was really lumpy as though it was flooded and the flooring MDF or Chipboard was coming up. We asked to be moved after staying one night there and the second room was much better. The charge for returning the bond after our stay seemed a bit rough. The Bond return went from around 237.00NZD down to 170.00NZD, the tea and coffee were charged of that, which at the time were were not aware of it being charged as extra to the Good Breakfast. Fair enough that we got charged for the green tea and coffee which was not included in the Good Breakfast, but extra was charged for the bond to be returned? That"s how it was explained to me, so not too happy about that. I was not informed about paying a bond upfront until the day before we arrived. Usually we paid any expenses at the end of the stay from the credit card.

rooms were very noisy, you could litterally hear every footstep in the hallway and on the floors and stairs. doors slamming at all hours of the day and night.

The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size .. staff were friendly and helpful..

Parking around the back was hard, and a small area. The air conditioner needed to have the filters cleaned, so I did it in the bathroom. I don't know when the last time the air con was serviced last. It still worked well enough. You just didn't have a lot of choice of direction of the fan due to the vents being broken

The room was a perfect fit, the food was absolutely divine and staff were lovely.

would have loved more privacy for the spa so that people are not watching while eating.

Receptionist when I checked in so rude and unprofessional didn't like how we had to go to a room and the housekeeper wasn't even finished cleaning the room it felt like I.was just dumped there not happy and not coming back at all

The staff were wonderful, thank you to everyone we spoke to. They informed us when we got in that their could potentially be a bit of noise due to a kapa haka group staying. Super informative which was awesome. We didn't realize that the rooms closed at 11pm, and still got let in. Was pretty much everything we expected it to be. Kept us safe and dry for our night in Auckland, so thank you.

My only problem that I had, was I wish the room included a microwave. Was a bit noisy of an area, however I understand that can't be helped.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating when we all tested positive for Covid. Made sure we all made it out safely and treated us fairly

Location - easy access to motorway and local shops/restaurants. Staff were so lovely! The rooms were spacious enough. Daily cleaning kept everything nice and fresh.

The rooms have no sound proofing. I could hear other peoples alarm clocks in the morning as well as babies crying. Also could hear everything going on in the hallway/doors opening and shutting. The shower head also had a lot of scum around it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in, parking, good location for airport.
