We stayed for 5 days and it was a good time. The studio was really good. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa-bed. The kitchen had a lot of utensils which was very good. It have a toaster, coffee machine, plates, glasses, pan, silver ware. It also had 3 heaters/coollers, a vacuum, a drying rack and a ironing board and a TV. The internet was good, sometimes it would fail in the night, but it would come by the morning. But nevertheless it did not happen always, it was good. The area around the apartment was also very good, some restaurants and several electric transport stops and a train station 3 minutes away walking. And also about 3 supermarkets in easy walking distance.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the building did not have an elevator. Some cockroaches appeared, small ones. It was a little inconvenient but I guess it's nature. The days we stayed were very hot and the apartment was not ready for hot weather unfortunately.

Solo Faltaba en la cocina algún bowl para ensaladas para completar el equipamiento. Faltó limpieza de los pasillos y escaleras del edificio, en toda nuestra estadía permaneció sucio. Nadie recoge las colillas de cigarrillos acumuladas

Location: We looked for apartments not far away from the Zoo and Schonbrun Palace. There are some shopping options nearby. Very good public transport connection.

WiFi was working only on the first day. other days it wasn’t.

This is a reviewed feedback after conversation with the apartment after we stayed for 7 days. Please read it before you book. Last week after your departure, the cleaning staff informed us that the apartment was left in a very untidy condition and it took them 45 minutes longer than usual to clean the apartment. Therefore, we have to charge you for the cost of this additional cleaning effort. Kind regards "OUR" 25 Feb 2023 I believe that you make me a joke... We stayed there for 7 days, you charged us 40 euro for cleaning and you never came to clean our room. The room had a terrible smell from cooking... And a lot of noise. The woman who came to clean was really rude and you want to charge me more? I will not pay anything more for this room and if you try to charge me something i will report you to booking. "APPARTMENT" Today, 09:10 Good morning, the 40€, which you paid when booking via Booking, was for the final cleaning. So the apartment will be cleaned after your departure and prepared for the next guest. It does not mean that you should leave the apartment in an unacceptable dirty condition and that the cleaner then has to clean up your filth. We do not offer room service as this is not a hotel. Our cleaners have a set cleaning time to make all scheduled cleanings for the day in time without a guest having to wait longer. But if you need longer for an Apartment, as in your case, then we have to charge you for that too. If we do not receive any payment, you will receive a reminder. But after that we are forced to hand over the request to the collection office.

The apartment was well equipped, with it's own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It had a large bed (at least double, maybe larger) and a very comfortable sofa bed, TV, cleaning equipment, and balcony. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Close to train and tram stops.

One day, we returned to find that someone (staff) had been in our apartment. Although they left tea, changed the coffee machine, and our possessions never moved, I find this unusual for an apartment. I understand daily cleaning of a hostel, but not for someone to enter this type of apartment, especially without prior notice. This made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Also, the apartment was generally tidy but the kettle did smell and should be replaced, dusty in a few places too

it’s a very big accommodation, the facility is great, have everything, close access to tram and autobus and train station. very recommended and lovely.
