Excellent breakfast. Nice stables conversion - clean and basic needs covered.
The bed I had was pretty uncomfortable - lumpy springs and sagging mattress, although my children did not have that problem in their room. We chose this place for convenience to some places we were visiting, but failed to recognise the fact it is next to the airport so the airplane noise was significant at times. The shower would benefit from a shower curtain to stop the bathroom getting rather wet.

The road close in the surroundings made taxi drivers crazy getting there. But again Camilla provided a taxi co acquainted with the problem and solution.

Great welcome. Very friendly staff; very accommodating and helpful. (Other guests were nice people too).
People have commented on the parking. OK, there’s not a huge car park but there’s plenty of space as long as you know how to manoeuvre and park your car.
There’s now a footbridge over the main road. There are footpath diversions for construction at the moment (May ’23). Gentle walk to BHI train station in 30mins.

Airplanes start at 6am. Fine if you are aware of this.

I loved that the room was sited in the courtyard. Lovely big room, pretty decor, comfy beds. The breakfast was good and the owner was very helpful. Parking on site. With directions from the owner we walked from the property to the arena to see a concert and we walked back again that evening.
There was nothing we didin't like. The airport is nearby and you can hear the occassional plane going overhead, this did not bother us and I didn't hear any at night.

Relaxed atmosphere! Had a homely feel! Perfect location for reaching the NEC! Loved being next to the horses, a highlight for our children was coming to say hello to them!

Host was great but do not start breakfast till after 7am.It did not help with diversions to farm.o.7km was 6miles.Room was very cold on arrival but became very hot later in evening.No restaurants near unless you have a car.

The lady who manages the property is incredibly accommodating. Vey Homely feel. Would highly reccomend,

The rooms are well-fitted and clean with all facilities. In the cold snap during winter, they were warm and comfortable.
The owners were professional, friendly and helpful.

Nothing special for the price we paid. Host wasn't even sure she could provide breakfast as everyone wanted it early. Prices hiked for Commonwealrh Games but host struggled to cope with demand.

Lovely farm location, 5 minutes from the airport so a perfect stop for early morning flight. The room was lovely and clean, the owner was friendly and greeted us, showing us their horses which were beautiful.
Nothing, can't fault the location, room or service.
