The service was amazing. Very attentive and helpful staff, in particular the concierge supervisor went out of his way to help me.

Staff is vey nice. Location is good. Lot of activities for children. Nice food.

Bathroom probably had some drainage issue. Interior of the room seems old.

Well it was a nice property and had good breakfast and dinner options...

it average ok. room service is very poor, we have to wait for atleast more than one hour to received water and glasses. secondly dinner was good, room was maintained average, reception persons are not ok

till to day i could not received GST invoice , though i submitted my GST details on my arrival. And while check out Mr. Bakul Bharadawaj promissed me to send mail on 5th August evening , still i did not got

The room / cleanliness in the washroom could have been better. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more periodically.

No bell boys ..we had to get our luggage after waiting for an hour Valet was minimal ...had to wait for 30 min to get my car back

It is visible that the room shows wear, not that new anymore. Light buttons all over the place.

I like the room cleaning service, it was prompt and up to the standard.

Firstly I was told that I am getting a suite, a free upgrade but to my disappointment I got the delux room only. Generally suite has a two beds but to my disappointment i didn't had that. Moreover when I was handed over the reservation details the room number was mentioned as 207 which was indulgence room but I was given room number 323 saying that it was a suite, this was misleading. Secondly in the dinner buffet, the manager Manish banged my child and he hit his head badly on the marble. Mainly the food was very spicy, even on request to chef Anish i told him to get some options for kids, but he simply denied and mentioned that these are the only options available. I have visited so many Taj properties but I haven't seen this kind of worst experience in my life.

Maintenance was poor . There was drilling going on just above us . Room was poor , we changed the room once but the room we shifted to was also not upto the mark . The chocolate shake we ordered was only Hershey's put in milk. My 10 year old kid makes a better chocolate shake. Buffet Breakfast was not as per a 5 star standard.

The breakfast spread was very good, too many items. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall a pretty good experience.
