More than welcoming couldn’t do enough for you. Had trouble with my bathroom sink and was sorted out straight away. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Personale dell'albergo molto cordiale, la colazione abbondante e varia, le camere funzionali. Dalla nostra, avevamo anche una bella vista sul London Eye! Nella hall c'è un piccolo market con cassa automatica per le emergenze, si può fare aperitivo e c'è un ristorante aperto sia a pranzo che a cena con una buona cucina. In circa 10 min si può raggiungere il centro a piedi, altrimenti la metro è a due passi.

Avrei gradito una pulizia giornaliera della camera più approfondita. Il coprimaterasso del letto (divano letto) dove dormiva nostro figlio era probabilemente troppo piccolo per cui spesso dovevamo risistemarlo durante la notte.

Ausgezeichnete Lage nahe zum Bahnhof Waterloo, wo man auch die Oyster card kaufen kann, Jubilee line und anderen U-bahn Stationen. Man ist nach einigen Gehminuten am Themseufer, ein Spaziergang von dort unten in Richtung Towerbridge ist bei Schönwetter sehr empfehlenswert. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist hell und ansprechend, Snackbar auch am Nachmittag geöffnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Kofferaufbewahrung am Abreisetag war problemlos.

Man konnte die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen und es hat etwas gedauert bis die Klimaanlage das warme Zimmer gekühlt hat. Das Frühstück ist mit 30mins aufgrund des großen Andrangs zeitlich begrenzt.

El hotel está limpio, en muy buena ubicación, el desayuno es bueno, la atención del personal también es muy buena.

El único detalle es que me parecen un poco pequeños los cuartos no cabíamos tres personas con maletas.

El hotel estuvo muy bien ,pero compre 2 boletos de Londres a México en booking.com y nunca me enviaron la reservacion, y por eso me regrese al hotel, porque fui al aeropuerto esperando que ustedes hubiesen hecho la reservación del avión y nunca hicieron nada,por lo cual les exijo mi dinero de vuelta a mi cuenta, porque sigo aquí en londres.

Todo me gusto del hotel , por favor comuníquense conmigo para la devolución de ese dinero del vuelo que nunca me enviaron la reservación, lo necesitó para regresarme ,el teléfono que me enviaron es de España.

Location and breakfast

Very close to station, and access to good bus routes. Cleanliness and friendliness of all staff that we met. breakfast a great bonus and spoilt for choice, well cooked and presented, plenty of service staff to assist with anything.

We had a great stay even though it was just for one night, we felt as if our stay was longer. It was so relaxing and enjoyable.

Very good location - reasonably priced

Dining facilities were very open nr lobby which was rather noisy & rowdy due to few men who had lots to drink after Rugby match I think. Slightly intimidating but not a big issue.

Decent breakfast with lots of choices and nutrition information. Clean rooms, stable hot water. Nice view of London. Prime location near Waterloo.

The front desk always has a long line, and the reception staff are always busy with some phone calls. It's not my first time here.

Excelente ubicación. Distancia caminando a sitios de interés con muy buena conexión a transporte publico. La habitación tenía una vista increíble al London Eye y la ciudad. Relación calidad precio excelente.

No contaban con adaptadores de corriente de cortesía, pero se podían comprar en el autoservicio del hotel.

En general todo, la ubicación y su comunicacion excelente. El desayuno bueno y abundante. El personal amable y atento.

Lo único que la habitación para 3 el sofá cama para un adulto era algo incómoda y ajustada en la habitación.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in a very good location, close to the tube, the view was amazing.

The room itself was pretty good, but some little things were a bit weird, like no electric sockets and toilet brush in the bathroom, rather uncomfortable. I also didn't enjoy much the breakfast, scrumbbled eggs seemed made of some egg polver and coffe was not good.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Excellent petit déjeuner.

A very comfortable bed, a selection of 4 pillows (soft to firm)! A very clean room and shower, a spacious room. The breakfast had enough choice, dinner was OK in the hotel restaurant, although service was prompt, and it was very reasonably priced. Reception staff were super helpful. A kettle in the room was useful on a late arrival.

Wi-Fi was slow at times. The hotel is rather close to the Waterloo train station, and I found the station area not very pleasant. The location is not the fault of the hotel, of course.
