View from the room, location is close to the lake, staff is very courteous, they don’t make an issue or charge money for providing extra water bottles like most of the other hotels
No lift, if you have senior citizens travelling along or people with a knee problem, it would be an issue walking they flight of stairs

The view of the hotel is very beautiful. But other facilities are not God enough to meet our expectations. TV,WIFY are not working during our stay. Bathroom towels and bedsheets are not clean.
