Nice apartment in very good location. It has all amenities available - including iron and ironing board.

There were ants in the apartment on ground floor, coming from the corner of the floor in the hall.

Walls are very thin, can get a bit loud.

Very Smelly Apartment ! Floor was super sticky ! Bathroom doesn’t have any soap in it ! Shower doors were full of rust and not operating ! No soap stand in Shower ! Less Light ! No reception to contact ! Building door was not working !

We visited Vienna and stayed in this apartment with a group of six friends. Overall, it was a great experience – we did not face any major problems and were quite satisfied with the place. Highlights of the apartment include: 1. We were pretty impressed with the first look of the building and the apartment; everything is well-decorated, clean and organised. 2. The apartment is spacious and perfect for 4 people. The bedrooms are comfortable, and there are many wardrobes and cabinets in every room. Although the apartment it’s OK for 6 people, please see our low light #5 below. 3. The check-in / check-out and keys system worked flawlessly; we didn’t have any problems. 4. The heater system worked perfectly. Every room of the apartment has a heating unit, which is easy to regulate. 6. All the home appliances also worked perfectly (cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer). The bathroom is quite spacious, and our clothes dried quickly in the clothes hanger inside the bathroom. 7. The building is located in a calm neighbourhood, with plenty of stores, restaurants and markets nearby. There are several bus, tram and metro stations nearby. It takes around 30min by public transport to arrive at the city centre and around 40-50 min to further city attractions like the Schonbrunn and Belvedere Palaces. Also, getting an Uber there was not hard.

Although our group were pretty satisfied and happy with the apartment and our stay, the following low lights must be mentioned: 1. The biggest lowlight was the draining system in the bathroom. The water takes ages to be drained in the bath and the sink. 2. The knob to keep the shower head in place needs to be fixed. The shower head kept falling off its stand the whole time, and it was hard to regulate it into the right position. 3. The curtains of the bath should be slightly bigger/longer to avoid water being spilt into the bathroom floor. 4. The apartment only has only toilet, separate from the bathroom, located near the entrance door and the kitchen. Not ideal for privacy reasons. 5. The apartment has two bedrooms, one for a couple and the other for two single individuals. For a group of 6 people, the living room needs to be improvised as a bedroom and the two sofas transformed into sofa beds. This was not a problem for us, but it’s not 100% comfortable due to the lack of privacy for those sleeping in the living room (those who are sleeping in the couple’s bedroom need to cross the living room to access the other rooms of the apartment). 6. Although the living room is spacious, the dinner table is located in the kitchen, which is fairly small for a group of six people. 7. The wi-fi in the couple’s bedroom wasn’t strong enough. Installing a wi-fi amplifier in the living room should be enough to fix this.

Decent, nothing ordinary. Okay equipment in the kitchen but annoying if needing any spices or olive oil - you need to buy everything. Overall really calm and safe neighborhood.

Room wasn’t that clean, doesn’t include hand soap so remember to take that (toilet paper was included). Bed for couple was a nightmare. The main entrance door was squeaking a lot and wasn’t locked.
