Unit given looks very different from the photos. Facilities are the same as listed, but furniture and layout are not like what was shown in the photos.

Small apartment in a resonable price.

Time of check in, We were informed the day before earliest time to check in is 14:00, when we arrived we and all the other guests needed to wait till 16:30 to get a room.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to public transport. Well furnished. Easy check in even late at night. Quiet street.

Apartment has a big problem with heating and hot water.

The room did not match the one in the photo. We cannot say that it was clean because we went without shoes, but all the socks were dirty, since the floors were not washed well. There was even a cobweb in the corner of the room. Hair dryer slightly damaged, no cover. The bed was supposed to be a double and one large mattress, but there were two small mattresses. The bed was very creaky. If you lie down on the bed not carefully, then the beams fell and there was a loud sound that woke the child. Old bed. Old TV without smart tv. Very poor soundproofing, we heard someone watching TV next to us in the apartment.

Close to tram station Reception reserved the parking card for us.

The pictures on internet of the apartment are not real, in fact not existing. In reality is totally different property. And is very very bad. We had apt. no. 7. It looked like the apartment was prepared for someone else, as there were additional extra bed inside. We found hair on the floor in the room. Dirty tissues. The heat was turned off over the night and it got cold. The floor is very noisy. Every step you take, I believe that all neighbors will hear it. The bilding of the apartment looks scarry. Very dirty and old. The corridor fits for Halloween decor. The wals are broke and you could see the bricks.
