Located in a convenient place. Beds comfy enough. Enough off road parking. Easy to enter the location.

Wifi is week. Cooker was not working properly. Appreciate if bath towels were replaced for two night stay.

the building in the picture doesn’t look like the place we stayed. they changed more than advertised. The check in is done remotely with a phone call. someone took our parking spot. they parking spots are too small. it’s hard to see from the road.

Close and Convenient to what we needed

It was handy to where I was doing business but that is about it. Full of social housing clients with rubbish strewn around the lawns etc. I left my toilet bag behind but trying to get it back was a 2 week mission. You can't call the motel direct, you get someone that is fairly unhelpful. I would never book there again.

There was no complimentary milk for a much needed cuppa on arrival.

It's not safe to park your car there. After I park my car I found many scratches and reported it to the manager.

The location in relation to Takapuna is excellent

The check in and key collection was remote and impersonal the instructions could have been cleare but understand the reasons.

Aweful hotel

I liked the rooms, they were modern and well kept

on the website is stated there was a pool and hot tub. my family and I decided to book this place because of that (we’re from aus but Touring nz) we were disappointed to find that the pool was black and the hot tub was empty. we also noticed a sign stating a playground so we decided to check it out for the kids only the find the ‘playground’ was a broken trampoline and broken swing set.

Pillows too thick, room too hot,fan didn't cool anything and next room was noisy as furniture was being moved from a van from 5pm-730pm. Then could hear TV next room most of night and early morning. Nobody on reception, only call a person on phone. Motel felt rather in need of care, swimming pool not in operation and old looking.

Only good thing about the property were the towels. The location was handy to the motorway but that’s all.

Where do I start!! First off, it’s managed by some organisation that manages other motels. We paid $2,200 for 3 rooms (family of 10) over a 4day period. The carpet in the lounge wasn’t cleaned properly as it smelt of urine. We notified the property manager but nothing was done about it. There were no tea towels or cloths provided to wipe down bench tops and clean the dishes. Rooms are being used for emergency/transitional housing, something we should’ve checked beforehand, although I strongly feel motels should have this on their site. We had to ring to have our rooms serviced (we booked 3 rooms) on two occasions and twice the rooms weren’t serviced until after 3pm. The shampoo and conditioner bottles weren’t restocked throughout our stay. The TV in the main bedroom had no plug so couldn’t watch that! The pool and spa was unusable as well as the children’s playground. Disappointed is an understatement. I emailed the property manager and have yet to receive a response. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

For the money it was clean and tidy. It suited my need to be near North Shore Hospital. Yes it had some faults but the bed was fresh, bathroom adequate and I didn't need the kitchen for my one night stay

Kitchen cupboards came off in my hand. Kitchen fairly poor but bed and bathroom was good and all I needed.
