Awesome location, team are really warm and hospitable and the swimming pools are awesome!
The treadmills in the gym were super dangerous as they stop and start mid run which could cause issues

We loved this place , great swimming pool , breakfast fantastic all set in a beautiful peaceful location.
All the staff are very nice .
Went on the complimentary tour of the silk factory which was very interesting
they have a bus to take you into the town as its a little way out from Hoi an , but we also walked it in around 30mins.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating especially on our last day with looking after luggage. Nice food and swimming pool. Enjoyed the silk village tour.

A beautiful property. Loved the villas grounds and pool
Originally we were booked in to the interconnecting family rooms. The toilet was in the bedroom. While it had frosted glass in the middle there was no privacy for anyone in the toilet or in the room. When we raised this the following morning they suggested we pay to upgrade to connecting villas. They reduced the price but it would have been nice to have them do this free of charge given the set up in the original rooms. However it was well worth it!! Also I suggest they change their happy hour to buy one get one free rather than buy 2 get one free. Drinks are a lot more expensive here and it would be lovely to have the benefit of a real 2 for 1 happy hour. They happily included the kids in cocktails and it was a really special place to stay. This was our favourite place for the 4 weeks we were in Vietnam and Cambodia

Beautiful property, immaculate rooms. 2 large pools were lovely. Short cab ride or shuttle to the old town (like 2km/ AUD$3) and nicely out of the hustle and bustle. Lovely staff. We had an interconnecting family villa it was massive, very comfortable with kids. Food at the restaurant also excellent.

My family and I had a great stay at the Mulberry. We booked for 2 nights and we were given an upgrade with the 2 inter-connecting rooms being fantastic for our family of 4. Very clean rooms with lots of space and very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great range of both Asian and Western options. A standout for us on our stay was both the 2 pool areas and the kids club. We really enjoyed the use of the kids club especially with the weather not being great it helped keep our little one well entertained! Easy access to town and beaches also especially using Grab or taxi. In all loved our stay here and highly recommend for travellers looking for a place just outside the hustle and bustle of the main town area and close enough to the beaches also!

The rooms had plenty of space and were nice and clean. The pools are amazing and big. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is really great too. Buffet breakfast is 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Anlage und unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Pool erhalten. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage liegt etwas außerhalb, aber es fährt mehrmals ein Tag ein Shuttle Bus in die Altstadt und den Strand. Zu Fuß braucht man nach Hoi An ca. 20 Minuten.
Das Gym sollte mal generalüberholt werden, denn der Kabelturm rostet bereits.

Loves the grounds. Very lush. Was upgraded to a villa on arrival. Breakfast was great. Staff so very helpful. Always smiling and pleasant. The pool area was lovely. I had a full body traditional massage and it was amazing. Very avoidable. Convenient and close to old town and the beach. Staying here is a must.
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about it. If I had to be picky the food at the hotel was a little pricy but all good at hotels are. 😊Wish I could have stayed longer

Villa is fantastic, facilities are fantastic. Pools are great. Staff is wonderful and so helpful.
AC could have been better in the villa in the day as it’s hot and cooling take a bit of time. But perfect in the evenings.

A little oasis in the city of Hoi An. Pleasant surroundings and clean, spacious rooms. An excellent breakfast is included and a couple lovely pools. The resort is a little out from the main centre of action but there is a helpful free shuttle bus service the travels several times a day to both the old town and the great beach. Grab into town costs less than $2. Staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention to receptionist Huy who not only gave warm welcome but made effort to make conversation each morning.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. Property location is very good and very convenient to commute within city and other places. Resort is providing shuttle bus service to old town and the beach which is excellent.
Though I am very satisfied with the amenities and services provided, I was expecting a pool side view instead and if that option can be available while booking, it would help.

Reception desk team, huy , chau and thinh were very hospitable and chatty ! Room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice with fresh fruits, noodle, egg station.

Very large property, beautifully designed, lush foliage, quiet & peaceful setting, beautiful large pools, great restaurant with huge selection for free breakfast.
Ideal for small children, with a great play room, kids pool, plenty of space to safely run around and explore.
Large, tastefully appointed rooms with all the necessities, comfortable beds, luxurious soaker bathtubs, plenty of english language movie and news tv channels including HBO.
Great, friendly and highly attentive staff eager to please guests with any special requests.
Free shuttles to old town or beach areas, as well as free bike rentals including child seats on request.
No freezer in room fridge, nor temperature control for fridge…so only cool but not cold. Should be upgraded, but in the meantime staff are very accommodating to provide ice along with storage in restaurant fridge as needed.

Nancy and the staff were really helpful and provided an excellent service since the beginning.
She saw I was with a baby and proposed Abinger room cause mine was a duplex. The tram of the hotel is so amazing, so helpful... they ate always trying to see if we need something . I give more than 10 to them!
The hotel is also well keeped, the rooms are confortable and spacious.
I really enjoyed the 4 days she stayed there, specially because Nancy and the team were amazingly kind with us! If we come back to Hoi An we will stay here for sure

When first arriving we were very impressed with the service. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure we were aware of facilities and services available. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Pool was beautiful. We were given spa vouchers and had a fantastic massage and spa treatment.
The restaurant didn’t have the greatest variety of food. Breakfast was decent but food was mid. Location was a bit out of the centre

This resort has unique atmosphere. Area of the resort is big, very nice (especially at night) and very well maintained. There are two beautiful pools with nice warm water. Stuff was kind and friendly. One of the biggest plus was free bikes for rent. With bike, everything was really close and quite fun to go anywhere. Room was also very nice and cleaned well. I can imagine coming back to this resort next time.
Toilet shower was dripping water on floor which produces bit of water around sink. And I really hate wet socks. Of course I came to reception and ask them for fix. Nobody was there to fix it in 2 days. Also walls are kinda thin. But we had Dumbo, the elephant above us so this is about people and not actually "wall" issue. Last I wanna mention is really overpriced laundry service. 20k for one pair of socks? That's to much. In local loundry we payed 25k for one kilo and they washed it perfectly.
