Extremely clean, and well kept spaces, friendly staff and close to the plaza.

The parking lot/spaces where too tight and reduced but that didn't take off from the good stuff.

Great experience overall, conveniently located, lovely garden and pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Chichen Itza - perfect to walk from in the morning avoiding the crowds.

The pool and garden area are very attractive and well maintained. Comfortable bed, and location is good . coffee and cake was supplied in the morning which was a nice extra.

one of the budget rooms ( no 4 I think) lacks any view, so we asked to be moved which was possible. Lighting was a bit poor in the room, but not really a problem.

Bathroom was a bit run down, it's quite loud and in Piste, there's really not much to do except visiting Chichen Itza.

It was just a very enchanting little hotel. The grounds were just like they look in the pictures, the pool and plants were lovely, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel has pet birds that hang out in the trees around the pool and dogs that visit guests. There is good coffee and cakes for guests in the mornings. And it is an easy walk to restaurants, an ATM machine, and a convenience store.

The only problem was with the WiFi during our stay. It was in the process of being worked on or upgraded so we had either no wifi or poor wifi for most of our stay.

The hotel is a hidden gem! We chose the hotel due to the proximity to Chitzen Itza which is only a 5-minute drive. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the town square including restaurants & great shopping. Suggest purchasing souvenirs at the local shops instead of Chitzen Itza, much better prices. The grounds are beautiful and clean. It's a little oasis in the middle of town! The beds were comfortable. Complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast. The bonus was the pet parrots that roam the property, so cute!

Check-in. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. We reserved a king room and were given two beds. She failed to let us know why we didn't receive the room we originally reserved until after we checked into our room. She mentioned it was due to a broken A/C however, there were guests who checked in after us and they received the king rooms that were available. I feel we should have been offered a king room based on a first-come, first-serve basis. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was very low and barely trickled. The pool is not heated. Probably not a problem most of the year however, we traveled in January so it was a bit cold to utilize.

Friendly staff, pleasant and helpful. Simple breakfast (cake and coffee) available very early (6:00am) which is great for those leaving early on, and visiting the sites around town.

Entry to rooms had only one key, would be nice to have two keys (for two individual staying).

A small hidden boutique of a hotel! We arrived very late, almost midnight! Yet, they waited for us and got us situated and into our room immediately. The hotel's offering of the best morning bread we have ever eaten, and coffee was greatly appreciated. The close proximity of the hotel to Chichen Itza allowed us to enter the grounds easily and avoid the onslaught of crowds that appear as the day progresses. The fair price and value for this room is exceptional!

It is located in the town next to an OXXO store. So, it is a bit hidden. It was a Saturday, and a bar somewhere in the town was really thumping the music late. We were very tired, so it didn't affect us that much.
