Reception Staff was forcing to leave immediately at 11 am for check out. I received many calls in 40 minutes to do immediate check out from room. Even the staff was knocking on the door to do immediate check out.

Appartment was really nice. Good facilities and location is so nice.royal mile Train station is near by.

Excellect location and as a bonus the property had a laundry.

Issues with plumbing, sink didn't drain in bathroom

Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Everywhere clean and lovely.

Gym facilities could have been better and maybe a bigger kitchen.

Amazing location on the Royal Mile. The self-contained unit with a small kitchenette was very handy. Full sized fridge. Microwave. Everything you need to heat or cook a meal.

The bed in my unit was a Murphy bed. It was very uncomfortable 😕

Very comfortable stay but lack of USB ports (there were none!) was a surprise given the technological times in which we live. Otherwise no complaints and would certainly stay again and recommend.

Lack of USB port and radiator in bathroom did not work (no great concern for us but to others may be an issue and report to front desk.)

I spent a comfortable and enjoyable few days here in January . Excellent value for money with a clean, quiet apart-ette right in the centre of the Edinburgh Auld Toon. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep, and Waverley train station only 5 minutes walk. Despite the central location, and appearing deservedly busy, the apartment was delightfully tranquil, a big PLUS for me when I travel.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Misleading that apartments have a sofa: the bed can be tucked into the wall and becomes a sofa. Too expensive for what’s offered. Location is in the royal mill but the the bottom of the hill, a bit far from where things happen.

Algumas coisas deviam ser paradas como por exemplo as portas que se encontram todas estragadas não base. Vê-se que há uma falta d cuidado de Supervisao para manter tudo cuidado.

We were given a room for people with disabilities . The Shower was over the bath and too low to stand up in . The shower rail did not slow you to lift the shower up

The name Aparthotel misled me into expecting an apartment rather than just a normal hotel room with added kitchenette.

This hotel is right on the Royal mile! Located right across the street from shops and cafes! It's in a quieter section, but right near everything! Getting around Edinburgh was extremely easy here! Our room was very spacious! Three closets, full kitchen, and a hide a bed under the sofa bed. The room included all the kitchen necessities, blow dryer, in room safe, coffee and tea supplies, a drying rack in the shower, but no showering supplies like body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner (I bring my own, but thought it good to mention) Breakfast is available here, but it's a little confusing. We weren't sure how it worked. You had to pay to add it, but we didn't see anyone checking very often, and they didn't check everyone to make sure they paid. But there was a good selection from what we saw.

the mattress and pillows were ridiculously hard, i didn’t like that there was no room service, i had to get the handy man in as the toilet seat was broken, i had rust on my towels - really isn’t worth the price you are paying.

Towel warmer off. Light bulb on desk lamp. Mostly, they charged for everything. Breakfast at 15 pounds should have been included, as price was high. That why lower rating for value

The location it's grate. 10 minutes walking from the station and 15/20 minutes from the Castle.

Even if I payed a premium price the place defiantly doesn't feel premium at all. The bad was pretty uncomfortable and linen felt cheep.
