Sijainti oli loistava, pisteet siitä. Tiesimme että Royal Milelta kuuluu hirveä meteli sisälle mutta onneksi makuuhuoneet on sisäpihan puolella niin siellä oli rauhallisempaa. Vuoteet hyvät, keittiön varustelu riittävä ja asunnossa oli lämmintä ja siistiä.
Ihan hirveästi pikkukärpäsiä, vaikka roskikset oli tyhjiä eikä meillä ollut huoneistossa ruokaa eikä hedelmiä.
Kuuman veden kanssa oli ongelmia, laitoin siitä viestiä mihin kyllä vastattiin mutta kukaan ei kuitenkaan tullut tarkistamaan tilannetta.

Het appartement ligt ideaal, aan de Royal Mile. De auto kan gemakkelijk dichtbij geparkeerd worden.
De gastheer was goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Een fijne keuken, met basics als koffie en thee die klaarstaan. Het uitzicht aan voor-en achterkant is mooi.
Er lag in het appartement geen uitleg over de werking van bijv. de douche (vrij ingewikkeld).
Het bed voor twee personen was vrij hard, de twee losse bedden liggen prima.

De ligging was perfect, midden in het centrum met alle highlights op loopafstand.
Je moet naar de derde verdieping met een soort wenteltrap, stevige klim. Mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn zouden dit als lastig ervaren, het appartement ligt tussen winkels bars en restaurants, dus geluid en etensluchten komen door openslaande ramen naar binnen, wij vonden dat geen probleem maar dat is wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

Perfect location, lovely view over the Royal Mile. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits kindly left for our arrival

It was a lovely apartment, had everything you could need. The location was absolutely superb, close to everything!
The only thing for us was the steps and spiral staircase and only because we had a child and a buggy with us.

I love the location.. right on the Royal Mile.. easy access to all the places that i wanted to go.. the kitchen was fully equipt and there are umbrellas provided in the apartment.. there were milk and chocolate to welcome us.. thank you..
The spiral stairs was kind of scary.. and the bed were on the smaller size..

fab location. very clean. owner very helpful. The apartment had everything you could want and was warm and cosy. Really great stepping out of the door onto the Royal Mile.

Location Location Location - this could not be in a more perfect location - right on the Royal Mile and not too noisy. The host was also lovely and let us have a late checkout.
The apartment is up three floors of winding stairs so don't bring any serious luggage. The rooms themselves were fine but a bit dated and could use some updating including the beds.

The stairs up. The shower. The fact that we had to buy our own toilet paper because there were only 2 there.

John was super friendly and gave us all the relevant information, communication was great. The location is perfect and you will not hear the noise from outside in the bedrooms :)

The location is very central and ideal for exploring Edinburgh. Well equipped kitchen to prepare in-house meal.
Water pump worked funny in the bathroom. It was a festival month, and street noise could be heard during early night.

John was great, helped with our bags, gave us information we needed. Sorted out our parking. Was at the end of the phone when needed.
The 52 steps up to the apartment are quite alot but we only really used them twice a day.

The location was perfect. Easy access to the old and new town although quiet at night as bedrooms at back.

Our lovely host John came & met us with keys the min we arrived & let us check into the property early he was friendly helpful & very accommodating even finding us the best place to park it was all very easy & swift & we will definitely be staying there next time we are back in Edinburgh

Location was excellent. Well equipped. Bedrooms being at the back meant there wasn't any street noise. Clean and comfortable.
Accommodation great for the money we paid. Excellent for 3 adults. Four adults would struggle for comfortable seats in the lounge area.

The living room gave us a place to chat and watch what was going on outside. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The beds were warm and cozy.
The stairwell was a bit intimidating with luggage.
