The hotel is very beautiful and well maintenance, the staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. The view from room and rooftop was really amazing and outstanding, you can see Kandy city from top. We love the place very much, we will come back :)

The location is top of the hills, so you must need vehicle(But that's why you get amazing view).

The outside of the building was very green, inside there where painted flowers and very artistic Wallpaintings. The skybar view was stunning. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Food was great, and many menu choices available. :)))))

Great views and comfortable rooms with a spacious bathroom. The staff was courteous and welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. Just a heads-up, if hot water does not work, inform the reception/concierge. They'll turn in the electric geysers for you.

just as a warning it is up a large hill with very winding roads. no tuk tuk driver would take us and our taxi struggled. it’s also about 15 minutes from Kandy centre so you need to plan your day properly as you can’t just nip back

Fabulous views of Hanthana peak. Peaceful environment and great climate, similar to Nuwara Eliya. Ample parking on site and a paved road all the way from Hanthana Road; might seem daunting but it’s actually a well-built road even in the damp. The staff were ever so helpful and attentive despite a full house.

As you would expect the location is a fair trek from Kandy town. So best if you intend to stay and enjoy the Heerassagala area, rather than drive around.

Reading previous reviews we expected better food, the dinner and breakfast were not very good.

Location was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Getting there was a mission since you could easily miss the turn. Hotel garden was well kept. However, they didn't have much hot water, and the A/C wasn't working in our parents' room. But they gave them a room upgrade because of that, so that was okay. Food was mediocre and tasted average.

The location is good. But do not book via booking.com. They won't give you a good room.

We booked a room with mountain view via booking.com. When we arrived, the receptionist said, they don't have mountain view rooms. We said we booked the room via booking.com. And the receptionist got surprised and asked, "is it still available?" How careless these people. They said mountain view rooms are not available because we booked it in last minute. On booking.com they didn't mention that they accepted only prior bookings. If so they should mention it. Then the receptionist and the general manager behaved like kids. We noticed how they treated others and how they treat us. They didn't care about us. Very unprofessional staff. The suggested us two different rooms. We said, we chose that place because of the view. We were so tiered and we travelled with our baby. They gave us a room ,but if you check my photos, you can clearly see the view from our room. In addition, there's no hot water, no clean bedsheets ( please check your bed before use it) balcony light did not work, the toilet was not clean, TV did not work. But I must say some of their staff were very friendly. When we were leaving, the receptionist said, we had two beers and French fries and didn't make the payment. We said we didn't order them. So they called one of their staff member from bar and asked. Finally he said no."It was another customer". They didn't have any basic knowledge to, how to manage or handle a situation/ customer. Very unprofessional and careless staff.

If you have apple (iPhone, MacBook) this place is not for you. their it cannot correctly setup routers. Started noisy makeup next room to our at 7:00 - when you tied and sleeping.
