Amazing staff, good service - Devyanshi, Pooja and Abhishek were very accommodative and understanding

This was not an expensive hotel. For the money, staff were excellent, roon was clean, facilities fine.

Nothing.

Continental was very poor. Croissant, Chocolate bread etc of very poor quality- not fresh at all.

I fell very sick after eating the Biryani from a la carte

I booked this hotel for about 10 rooms for my foreign guests. Our experiences are as follows:- Breakfast was OK, Room was OK, Location is not well connected with public transport and way outside the city and important places. The most negative part of this hotel Staff are not professionally trained and courteous to the guests. Lacks coordination.

The first thing is that the hotel should have professionally trained manpower rather than relying only on local guys'. The good infrastructure of the hotel is getting undermined because of this.

Staff were very polite and the executive suite was very comfortable and house keeping kept it very clean.

I was informed three days before that I had to pay by direct deposit into their bank account which I was really uncomfortable doing. I received numerous emails after that saying my room was not confirmed as payment hadn’t been made even though I had sent them the receipt. When checking in I was asked to pay total amount. Again I had to show proof of payment.
