Fantastic location, very clean and very friendly hosts/staff. Also the owners have their own tailoring business. We ordered almost 20 custom made items of clothing between our family of 5 and each item was well made and reasonably priced. Very convenient to have our fittings done at the villa. Would highly recommend staying at this property

Staff were amazing , so helpful and friendly! The bed was huge and comfortable , shower was big. Location wise, was a short walk to the old town which was nice and easy, and meant that it was very quiet at night so we slept great. The home-made Yogurt at breakfast was a fan fav!

Beautiful room, great staff, good walking distance to the markets and activities of lantern boats and restaurants. There is an onsite tailor and with the quality of the clothing amazing. Good choice of breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, offering assistance with bookings and suggestions with trips, but not pushy. Room/suite was large, comfortable, and clean with good balcony overlooking the fields. Good fresh selection at breakfast, fresh eggs made to request. Nice small pool and loungers, but we didn't use.

Location was just OK for walking distance into town, felt longer getting back at night or in the heat of the day. It was a quieter local area, chance to see local life around, some noise but lot less traffic than other areas.

The people here - from the owners, to the receptionist to the cook, to the housekeeping - are are absolutely amazing! Already a charming old town, the hospitality and view here makes it hard to leave! I love it that they are creative with their breakfast and it has a touch of home as compared to hotel buffet lines. Absolutely love the outdoor view looking at the chickens and buffalos while having breakfast in cold rainy Hoi An (in December). Thank you Manager Ho and team for the amazing experience!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quin Riverside hotel. The owners were very nice and helpfiull all the time. The hotel an the room was decorated very tastefull and we got the feeling as if we were staying in a 5 star hotel.. The locaties is very quit and just a little walk away from the busy old town. They offer a tailor service and the lady made me a very nice skirt’ just the way I wanted it. Quality was top. We will certainly recomment this vila to all travelers to Hoi An. Large, very clean room, whole hotel was very clean, modern bathroom, tastefully decorated, every detail was considered. Very nice people working here: Vi, Huong, Phuc, and Van. They went out of their way to make me feel like family: Huong asked if I wanted vegan banh mi so she could go and buy it for me. Thank you, Huong! Thank you, Van, for the beautiful silk strings for my Non La. Thank you, Vi, for arranging all transportation for me. This is THE place to stay in Hoi An!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, nicht direkt in der chaotischen Altstadt, aber in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, die Betten super bequem mit einer Aussicht ins Grüne. Ein sehr grosses Lob geht an das tägliche Frühstück, alles homemade, vom Jogurt, zur Marmelade bis hin zu den Pancakes usw. Wir können das Hotel vom Herzen empfehlen, wir hatten einen grossartige Zeit in Hoi An. Danke!

The location was great, the hosts were so friendly and lovely, the room and view were amazing.

Nothing - it was exactly as we expected.

The staf was very helpfull and friendly, and gave personal attention. You are not just a number over there. The breakfast staff knew after one day what i would like for breakfast and prepared that. Since the hotel is on an island, it is very helpfull that you can borrow a bicycle for free. This way you can discover Hoi An on a easy way. Laundry was taken care of for a normal price, also renting a motorbike was taken care of and was easy. I had one of the bigger rooms with a beautiful view over the river and a nice covered balcony. I loved the room. Nice, spacious and clean.

There was nothing dissapointing. Only be aware it is not in the center of Hoi An, but you can borrow a bicycle for free, so easy to discover the center (or even if you want to go to the supermarket).

The staff at The Quin Riverside Villa went above and beyond helping me organize wonderful activities during my stay in Hoi An. It is only through their help that I learned about, and got tickets for, the nearby spectacular Hoi An Memories Land Show - an incomparable performance of massive scale rivaling an Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. In addition, I had a wish for a unique trek at the My Son Temple Complex, and they helped organize it for me.

The hotel staff did everything right! There is nothing I didn't like, except that I hadn't allowed myself more time in Hoi An to explore and enjoy all of its treasures!

We had a great experience at The Quin Riverside Villa. The highlights were the very helpful, kind and flexible staff and owners, the delicious breakfast with mainly homemade fresh products (jam, pancakes, cakes, spring rolls,…) and rooms with the view on the river. Location is good too. Quiet and walking / biking distance from the center. Bikes are provided for free. They even adapted one for our daughter. We were very happy with the tailor service and found it very handy to have it at the hotel for trying out and small adaptations. Shirts and blazers were produced in the same day.

The owners of the hotel are the nicest people ever! The hotel itself was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and the whole room was exceptionally clean. This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. They offered free use of bicycles and it is a quick ride to almost anything you want to do in Hoi An. I can’t emphasize enough how kind the owners are. When I was having a bit of stomach illness they gave me medicine. They had really good recommendations for food and things to do. I also had clothing made at the hotel that turned out lovely.

Tout, choisissez la suite Riviere avec balcon et vue magnifique. Très reposant à 10-15 minutes à pied du vieux centre,ils prêtent aussi gratuitement des vélos (5 min en vélo). Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon!!

Breakfast was delicious with a lovely setting/view. Balcony lovely view over fields. Bed very comfortable, and quiet for sleeping. All Staff very helpful, friendly and respectful. Bikes were readily available to hire for free. Swimming pool was clean and adequate.

Lighting to read in bed was poor. Extra pillows would have been good.

We had such a lovely two night stay here. The villa is beautiful and very clean. The pool is a peaceful oasis and the breakfast is great. We also got four items of clothing made with the owners’ company (Mekong Tailor) and are very happy with them! Would 100% recommend this place.

We loved it. The hotel was really nice with very comfy rooms. Nice pool and garden and a very good breakfast. The owners mr Ho and Van were super nice and always trying to help you and the best is they are great taylors! They made for us really nice clothes and super fast. The whole experience was great, we recommend it a 100%

Vriendelijk en vrij schoon hotel. Het snoezige is dat voegen in de badkamer ontbreken en hier en daar zwart zien. Hotel ligt op een gunstige plaats tov theater 150mtr en stad 800mtr. De receptioniste was zeer behulpzaam. Zowel met vooraf als tijdens ons verblijf het boeken van transfers en excursies. Als je niet in het hotel bent contact ze direct via WhatsApp. Klein maar functioneel zwembad met ligstoelen en handdoeken. Ontbijt bestaat uit buffet. Goed verzorgd met de mogelijkheid voor gebakken eieren. Jus d’orange, toast, kaas, fruit en yoghurt aanwezig. Ze moeten wel iets van muskietennetjes over het fruit zetten tegen de vliegen.

Voor dat we aankwamen kregen we bericht dat één van de twee kamers niet beschikbaar was zoals geboekt 4 maanden geleden. Geen twee éénpersoonsbedden maar een Kingbed. We konden een extra bed erbij krijgen indien we wensten. Bij vertrek kregen we een lunch in de vorm van bananen pannenkoeken mee. Op de badkamer hangt een mededeling dat er geen papier door het toilet mag. Of daar ook wc-papier mee bedoelt wordt is onduidelijk. Andere gasten vertelden dat ze wc-papier gewoon doorspoelen. Er is een regendouche en een handdouche en onderuitloop. De douchekraan was ver kapot. Op 1 kamer liepen mieren in het bad uit de afvoer. De eerste dag vroegen we om extra handdoeken en kregen deze keurig. De andere dagen pakten ze badlakens bij het zwembad. Op de laatste avond werkte het Internet niet op onze kamer. Gelukkig konden we die van een andere kamer gebruiken. En de afstandsbediening van de airco had lege batterijen. In de beschrijving van booking stond ‘gedeeld toilet’ terwijl er ook eigen badkamer staat. Extra wc is er niet op de kamer net als een wasdroger. Een bureau is aanwezig maar geen zithoek. Koelkast is een lege minibar. Kortom beschrijving dekt niet de gehele lading. Bij het afrekenen met creditcard wordt 3% extra kosten in rekening gebracht.

We loved the location of the property - a little way out of the old town but easily accessible, the hotel backs onto farmland and the river so you can relax and watch the water buffalo wandering by. The pool is lovely. The staff were all very friendly with Vi, the receptionist, being very helpful organising cars for us in advance, collecting us from Da Nang and transferring us to Hue (our driver to Hue, Mr Hien, was also fab). Breakfast was delicious and laundry service quick and we had fun borrowing bicycles to cycle to An Bang beach.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el carácter y actitud de la pareja dueños del Hotel. Los dos encantadores y serviciales y ella nos hizo unos trajes a medida en el mismo hotel que quedaron preciosos. El desayuno hecho al momento y desayunar en la terraza con vistas al campo precioso. Lo recomiendo cien por cien! Les recordaré siempre!

Everything was perfect from the room to staff and close to everything. Only a 15min walk to the main street markets or 5mins In a grab taxi. Ho the owner and Vi the main receptionist, were superb, nothing was a drama, and they looked after us exceptionaly.
