This Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5. It felt like home, but with a better view :) We enjoyed that it was not as crowded as the hotels next to us. We were able to enjoy the relaxed feel of this location and still enjoy the restaurants and activities at neighboring hotels. This is the second time we have stayed at The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It surely will not be the last.

Beautiful and peaceful condo. Loved waking up in the morning with a breeze and view of whales in the distance.

Beautiful location, great amenities (pool, hot tub, washer / dryer, bar at the pool) and awesome weather. The beach was never crowded and always had access to the pool. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

Mike’s unit was perfect for our family of five adults (parents, daughter 1 and husband and daughter 2). Although it’s in the 2nd building set back from the ocean the view is lovely. The unit is quiet and the beds are comfortable, with plenty of privacy for each bedroom. The living room sliders open fully for great indoor outdoor living. The unit was clean when we arrived, except for some sand on the floor near the entry. Maintenance sent someone up immediately to take care of it. We weren’t sure we would like Ko Olina but ended up loving it. It feels like a more spacious Kaanapali, but less frenetic. Although it’s a drive into Waikiki it’s close enough for a couple of evenings there (we went to Hula Grill and House Without a Key) and although traffic can be bad, it’s no worse that at home. Ko Olina is only 40 minutes from Haleiwa and the North Shore. Kailua beach is a bit further, but the drive there is drop dead gorgeous. We spent one day at Kailua but mostly enjoyed the beach in front of the condo. Mike, the owner was very responsive. When we arrived the network had somehow been reset to default mode and we were unable to connect. Mike responded right away and was able to fix it remotely. Sadly, several of us had to do work while we were there and once the network was reset the internet worked flawlessly. We also really appreciated having a folding wagon to use for hauling beach chairs down to the beach.

Loved the location. Condo was perfect for my family. Some furniture a little worn but still beautiful. The views were stunning. Only complaint is that we arrived an hour later than expected and the cleaning lady was still there cleaning.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Beach Villas Resort. We love the amenities, pools, fitness room, bar, beach front access, & that it’s in a safe neighborhood, This is our 1st time staying in this rental. Great accommodations for our family of 5 which included our 2 adult children & grandson. Everyone had their own space & privacy. If there is any recommendations I could give it would be to have a full size ironing board in the place. Kind of a pain to iron on a very small ironing board. Other then that great place to stay.

Place and location were great. Housekeeping needed a little more attention to cleaning and bathroom needs a better light for makeup. Otherwise the experience was great.

We had the best stay! From needing help at check in due to a delay at our rental car to being steps from the beach we were amazed! We had so much space for 5 adults and one infant. This is our second stay at the villas and we are already planning to return for our third! Thank you!!

The Condo was everything they said it was. Beautiful Condo and surrounding property. Beach was awesome and very welcoming. We rented a car and seemed not to far to fun activities. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay. The unit was on the 9th floor with its own elevator. We had PERFECT ocean views all day long and we definitely used the balcony every morning to have our morning coffee. Easy, quick walk to the lagoons. Check-in was at the lobby and we received key cards, all the info was provided prior to arrival and was also available in our unit. The unit also had everything we needed to go hang out at the beach, thank you for that! There were two large pools with plenty of seating, 3 jacuzzis, and a pretty well equipped gym. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a blast at Michael’s place. It had amazing views and had everything we needed for our 15 month old including a pack and play. Place was clean and comfortable to stay at for the week long vacation with our family.

This unit was perfect for a multi-family stay. The unit had everything we needed, and the property offered great swimming pools and hot tubs on site, lagoon access was easy, and there was plenty of beach gear. Kitchen was fully equipped and lots of extra beach towels were a bonus! The owner's quick communication was helpful and the front desk personnel were always welcoming. Overall, the stay was unforgettable and highly recommended for a well-equipped and comfortable getaway experience.

Very lovely property, everything was nice. The property had everything we need to make our time here special. The 2 negative points were ( & this isn't on the owners) the parking spaces are very tight & the setup of the dryer was interesting.

Property is in really nice shape. Owner provided a lot of extras in their unit. Nicer than others we rented. We already booked 2024 in 902 and can’t wait to come back. Great deal for the price. Thanks again for a great 10 days!

We are owners are the Marriott Ko Olina so very familiar with the area. This was our first time renting at the Beach Villas and it worked perfectly. We had 6 adults with us and the villa was ideal. Everything —especially the view — worked terrific and was comfortable. the beach items were wonderful to have and location was great. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe at the pools and never felt crowded. We would definitely rent here again!

This was one of my favorite vacations, this condo was beautiful! We loved the lanai and used it often. Kitchen had everything we needed, I was surprised at the variety of small appliances for use. Loved location and ease to get where you want to go but quiet and beautiful where you stay. We used the Royal Hawaiian Beach Services available for chairs, umbrella and paddle board, they were fantastic and a great option on the beach! Condo has great beach options and towels available too. Chelsea texted before we got there and was wonderful, she made check-in a breeze. We are hoping to return again soon! Thank you Michael for sharing your property with us and having such great communication through out the whole process! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We so enjoyed our stay at KoOlina in Mike’s unit. It was clean and had everything a person needs for cooking. The view from the lanai was amazing and we spent most of our time out there. As a maintenance item, the lanai sliding door to the south scraps pretty bad so might check into that. One thing we would have liked some help on was the air conditioning as the fan ran all the time and if we did not keep the sliding doors closed, the bedrooms got hot. Overall such a wonder place.

Took my girlfriend now Fiancé for her birthday and engagement! The communication with Lynn was amazing! Lynn went above and beyond my expectations! Everything I ask for was done and ready by the time we walked into the Villa! The Villa it’s self was AWESOME! Everything we needed was there! Plenty of room for all 6 of us! It was clean and well maintained. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! Pool area along with the BBQ was perfect! Walked outside the gate and the Lagoon is directly in front of us. Absolutely great location away from the high tourists traffic of Waikiki! Will definitely plan to go back and stay there again!

Just returned home and settled in from an 8 night stay at this property. Had an AMAZING time. The unit was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We traveled with 6 in our party - including two grandparents and two kids (4 and 7). The extra items - beach, pool, snorkel gear, etc. were so appreciated. Plenty of other items that would’ve been great for little ones. Beds were super comfy. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was key. Full kitchen was also great as we were able to stock up on groceries and eat in as well. Watched the humpbacks frolicking everyday - dawn and dusk - from the balcony. The pools were lovely, the beach spectacular. And the kid pool and lagoon are SO nice with little ones. Never wanted to leave!!! And most certainly will return. Mike was AMAZING at communicating - responded in minutes no matter what time of day or night we messaged. So accommodating and responsive. HIGHLY recommend!

Love the location not only because it was on the ocean but also as it was close to the town

Condo was beautiful! Enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony every morning, the view was amazing! Cooler and beach buggy came in very handy! The beds were very comfortable!

Perfect location for multigenerational family. The property had all amenities needed to enjoy, including lots of beach equipment. Able to do some snorkeling right in lagoon 2. Would definitely come back

Michael’s place was awesome, very nice unit with a great parking spot, semi-private elevator, and in a great complex. Highly recommend staying here.

Loved watching sunrise from master bedroom and sunset from the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying in Ko Olina. It is perfectly located to everything. The condo has pretty much everything you need. Loved the different pools and the lagoons to swim in.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Great location for family fun. Nice and relaxing.

Beautiful properties, surrounded by a number of places (Marriot, Disney and Four Seasons) that provide additional amenities. Gorgeous lagoons with cool things to see. Only complaint is you need to go off property and leave Ko Olina if needing supplies. Local market and restaurants are handy and quaint but expensive

There were 5 of us that stayed in Mike’s condo from May 29- June 8. There was plenty of room for us all! The couch pulls out to a queen bed which my younger son preferred instead of sharing a room with his brother. In my request before we got there was to have the twins converted into a king (and it was waiting on my older son when we arrived). The condo was exactly as described. We didn’t prepare meals while we were there but did heat/cook frozen pizza that was gotten from Costco which is very close by. So, I can’t say whether or not it had everything that you would need but, it sure looked like it did! The only negative was the big area rug in the living room; it could use a good steam clean. There were beach chairs, coolers, pool noodles, beach umbrellas, beach towels etc…. Anything that you would need but was too large to pack to have a great day at the pool or beach. The beds were super comfy and all furniture in great shape. Once we figured out the thermostat it was much more enjoyable after the first night. It had gotten super warm in the back bedrooms (someone else had mentioned the same previously). Check in was a breeze and the employees were super friendly! All in all, it was a wonderful stay! I would not hesitate to stay there again:). Thank you Mike for sharing your home with us!!
