Loved everything

Location was reserved and luxurious. Close to a supermarket

Casiola had no staff on ground at the resort. We needed help to get the air condition working again and there was no landline in the condo to reach them, we had to walk down to the club house and ask managers of the other properties in the resort to help dial their number and wait another 2 hours before the repair team came. They also did not leave extra bedsheets and pillow cases to replace whenever we wash the ones there. So there is no bedsheet to lie down and sleep on while washing and drying.

Location was excellent.

There was no amazing view as advertised.

The floors could have been cleaner. There were "dust balls", hair and food crumbs under furniture and beds

The room was very nice and spacious. Very clean and well put together.

The customer service was horrible. When I called to get my room code to get into the room the person on the phone was very unprofessional and spoke like it was a bother for them to be answering my questions. First time using the services and felt as if I chose the wrong resort . Was not happy with that interaction.
