I have stayed here regularly for about 10 years for my trips to Shanghai. This is my first trip to Shanghai since the pandemic and I am very happy that everything is still as good as always, perhaps better. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, competent and speak multiple languages. Good to be back!

Bed could be softer

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lily the manager was there when I checked in to greet me and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. The lobby bar had a really nice vibe and the staff was great. I highly recommend staying here.

It’s location is good, the staff were polite and friendly. The room had a nice view.

This is not a five star hotel, it’s a little tired inside, there was a brown stain on my pillow. The interior of the room was a little worn out. The bath was very small. It’s a good hotel, I just wouldn’t say it was five stars.
