For the price, everything was as expected and of good quality. Lovely hosts and not too far from the beach!

I had an absolute blast at Humanity Hostel, from the beginning to the end !!!!!!! I am so happy I came to this tiny hostel, at first I wasn’t sure about Puerto Morelos, but the village is fantastic. Valeria has been an AMAZING host, she helped me out at the hostel, explained everything I needed, gave me tips about the town. She really made me feel like home !!! 💕💕 I will 100% come back ! Lili

You guys should add a kettle and microwave, otherwise all good!

Valeria was super helpful and always happy to give advice about local questions, where to buy x, etc. The whole place is very clean and welcoming.

The staff is really nice and the distance to the beach is walkable (30 min). It was a good idea to go there on foot because I saw a crocodile in the mangrove along the road. ;) The room was clean, the location is also nice beacuse it is very close to the center of the village.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff and the young woman taking care of the place, Valeria, was very friendly and always cleaning. The place was very clean, including the pool. And she likes speaking with the guests in English and is very helpful if you want to practice your Spanish too! We had fun language exchanges. It was nice to be in a "local" neighborhood in a quiet hostel. It isn't a party hostel with a noisy bar. It is only a few years old and in the private room the furnishings looked new and the bed was comfortable. The dorms look nice and well maintained also. There are outdoor, but covered common areas. A comfy sitting area by the pool, shared kitchen, and counters to sit by, adequate to do work if needed. It is about a 7 minute walk from the ADO minibus stop. Easy to find. Major supermarket and cheap, local restaurants nearby. Transport to the beach is inexpensive.

Nothing really. Eventhough I did not book an AC room, I never felt hot. The fan, window, and ventilation kept the room cool. But there is an AC room and some dorms have AC if you need it.

The staff are nice. Adequate facilities in relation to the price.

A microwave would have been nice. I would bring a bed topper as the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable.
