Esperienza complessivamente positiva! La camera era accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario, con un letto comodo, ben riscaldata, con il bagno appena ristrutturato e situata in una zona molto silenziosa. Le ragazze alla reception, presenti 24h su 24, sono state estremamente disponibili: abbiamo avuto un problema con l’asciugacapelli, ma ci è stato subito fornito un nuovo apparecchio senza alcuna difficoltà. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l’hotel si trova a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e degli autobus, che consentono di raggiungere il centro in circa 30 minuti. Per noi non è stato un problema percorrere questa tratta ogni giorno, ma se cercate una struttura più centrale o volete evitare di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, potrebbe non essere la scelta più adatta. In termini di pulizia, se dovessi confrontarlo con gli standard italiani, lo giudicherei appena sufficiente, ma considerando quelli londinesi è accettabile. Il bagno veniva pulito quotidianamente, e le asciugamani erano sempre cambiate, anche se la camera presentava un po’ troppa polvere. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato giusto

Just needs some maintenance. Bathroom door didn’t lock or close. Kitchen work surfaces all cracked.

Nothing really.

Firstly the first room I was in smelled of mold and was unpleasant so I had to ask for another room. The new home had bleach still in the toilet unflushed and had rust/ timescale filled shower and towel rack and lastly there’s no hand gel! When I mentioned this to reception they said the body bar soap should also be used as a hand soap. That is unheard of! Also the women at reception kept saying my room number out loud when there were men behind me. I told them as a solo female traveller that is unsafe and I would now need a new room and for them not to say the room number out loud again … she still did! Her manager ( another woman) I’m guessing had to step in and apologise for her incompetence and gave me a new room thankfully.

I forgot my slippers and the room had slippers.

It was very unclean. The linen and pillowcases had marks. The wall and floor had a lot of marks. My pillowcase had hairs on it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Also the nespresso machine didn’t work. So all of this made my stay unpleasant.

Room a little cramped - a shelf (presumably to support the drop down table) was a hazard at bottom of beds. Slim daughter bruised herself negotiating the shelf!
