To właściwie nie jest hotel tylko.pokoje do wynajęcia w kamienicy gdzie mieszkają stali lokatorzy. Kompletny brak pomocy przy walizkach.Starożytna winda z trudem.mieszcząca 1 osobę i dwie walizki Żona musiała stać w obskurnym korytarzu i czekać aż dowiozę 4 walizki najpierw do recepcji na 3.piętrze a potem na 7.pietro gdyż winda była zbyt ciasna dla 2 osób. Bardzo zły stan sypialni, przedpokoju. i łazienki. Ciasno. Brudne ściany ze śladami zabitych owadów. Na suficie sypialni brzydkie białe plamy. W szafie na ubrania 5 drucianych nędznych wieszaków z pralni, na których z trudem utrzymywał się nawet sweter. Zgodnie z opisem w pokoju miała być lodówka, której oczywiście nie było.W kabinie prysznica czarna pleśń między płytkami a drzwi kabiny już dawno powinny być wymienione..Obdrapane i mocno zniszczone drzwi i okna ze skrzypiącymi zawiadami.. Pokój miał mieć widok na miasto a w rzeczywistości widok był obrzydliwy na studnię podwórza i dachy okolicznych domów. Ze studni podwórza dochodziły hałasy i kuchenne odory z mieszczących sie na parterze pomieszczeń - chyba restauracji. Balkonik 80 cm szerokości i 185 cm długości z trudem mieścił stoliczek i 2 krzesła. Wszystko brudne i obdrapane.Na plus trzeba zaliczyć czystą pościel i ręczniki i sympatyczną obsługę w recepcji. Cena absolutnie nie adekwatna do oferowanego standardu.

No WiFi access at all.

The stuff was really nice. When we got there, the building was really old and confusing, and the room we got had no air conditioning and was not like the photos. When we explained the stuff t took Tham about 4 hours to fix the air conditioning and only the they later they moved us to a fine room. First night was bad, but the others in the different room were good. The stuff especially were really kind.

It was in a brilliant position-easy to walk to all the major attractions. Also it was pleasantly quiet bing in a restricted traffic area. Every one of the staff we met were friendly and extremely helpful. Also good WiFi

The room was pretty basic and could have been more comfortable-lacking a chair to relax in after a hard day’s sightseeing.

This property has a great location with plenty of food and interesting things to see. the shared bathroom is quite nice, and the rooms were very comfortable.

the walls were very thin (I’m a very light sleeper), so I ended up being woken up several times throughout each the night by the lift, people getting in late, the room next to me, etc.

the place is very central and easy to get to from the station. The room although old is clean.

the single room is very small and is hard to reach being on 8th floor with an old elevator.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was an idyllic little getaway, and I had everything I required. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable.

The room was clean, as was tge bathroom, and the hostel is situated near Palazzo Pitti, so it is very central. The owners were lovely, too.

The only problem were the midges. They got in every time we opened the window, and when we realized that and were trying to get some fresh air opening the door of the room instead of the window, they got in that way too. It would be a good idea to install a fly screen - with the room being very small, it is impossible to stay there without opening the window every now and then, especially in the summer (we stayed there in December and even then there were lots of midges).

The location is fantastic and the price was excellent

The rooms are quite old, they need at least to be painted. There were lots of mosquitoes. But the worst were the dead mosquitoes on the walls.

There was no hot water for our 2 night stay. It was not conveniently located (an 18 minute walk to the tram). Staff never responded when I advised there was no hot water. It was kind of noisy.

It's a very small hotel located in a building opposite the Palazzo Pitti. The room has a good size, the bed is comfortable and there is a charming balcony. The staff is very nice and polite and gave us all the information we needed. Bed linen is clean and comfortable and there are toilet amenities. The location is central, next to cafés and restaurants.

There is no fridge in the bedroom and the lift is too small. A person who is overweight woudldn't have been able to enter in it.

Overpriced, staff work from 9 am till 5 pm, so no help or service from 5 pm till the next morning, they haven't restock the body wash and couldn't ask for it beacuse no one there. honstly an airbnb would have much better.
