Good location, slightly out from all the tourist shops in Lourdes but everything is still close. Great facilities for motorcycles with secure garage.

The breakfast area was too simple almost the hospital style. Breakfast itself was quite basic nothing remarkable

The room was clean. The property was in excellent condition. Location was good too with beautiful scenery.

There was no kettle/water heater in the room to make our own coffee/tea. We had to go down to the reception to ask for hot water.

Hotel Alba is one of the best in Lourdes. No frills but a recent refurbishment means it’s modern and clean.

The room was great. A little low on Toilet paper but comfort was excellent. Breakfast was super and the breakfast staff was top notch! The location was perfect for our walk to the grotto and to the stores.

Location was central yet not noisy. Rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. This is a second visit and would return again.

The hotels location was very good, Away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short and very pleasant 10-15 minute walk along the river to the centre. The restaurant was excellent to with a good selection of traditional food. The waiting staff were legendary and we had a few laughs with them teaching me French. All of the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Finally the bed was massive and very comfortable. Three pillows wide.

There were two things that I thought could have been done better. Having said this, these are only very small issues. 1. There was no tea and coffee provided in the room. I really missed this in the morning and evening. Although mentioning this to people from other hotels they were the same. 2. I also think that for the price, breakfast should have been included.

I liked the size of the room, as well the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the room, in general was a good choose.

The hotel was very smart, clean and well located. There was an underground car park. Nice bedroom. The outside terrace was very pleasant in the hot weather.Well stocked bar.

Only one incident when my wife received milk that had gone off with her cup of tea.

Excellent location, far from the crowd and a short leisurely walk from the cathedral. Staff was customer friendly, room was very clean and great facilities. Great value for money.

Tea & coffee making facility in the room would have been nice

This is not a first time to stay in alba every things was ok We stay group of 13 . Room 715 and 718 was good as we expect from last time stay.

But i am not like the room 623 its noisy from the water line And bathroom toilets are old dated. Not clean that much like 715 and 718
