The property is very beautiful, it’s a gem in the middle of the mountains, a quiet place to relax
I got food poisoning after my first night at the hotel and unfortunately the rest of my vacation were not very pleasant, once I mentioned to the staff, they said it was a virus, not true since none of my family members got sick

Impressive location in the middle of the jungle. Many thermal pools to enjoy.
I was overcharged with respect to the booking price. They sent me a link to pay with a credit card and the price I had to pay (in Colombian pesos) was about 10% more than the price in pesos from Booking.com. Double check before paying.
The place is at elevation, it rains and it can get cold there, it got down to 12 C / 54 F when we were there in July. Unfortunately the hotel is not prepared for the cold. The room had some mesh windows and no heating at all. No hair dryers. The room showers' "hot water" is lukewarm at best. (Even though they have a lot of hot water else where.) The restaurant is under a roof but doesn't have walls so it can be cold and breezy there.
The room walls are also paper thin, you can hear people from neighboring rooms talking at normal volume.
In general the place is overpriced for what they offer.

The location of this hotel is just in the heart of the mountain, it is just beautiful
The windows in the toilet that allow the cold to enter the room... nothing that cannot be fixable :)

Water was great
No hit water in our bathroom

Good breakfast, free tea and coffee during the day.
Room was somehow worn out, dark and cold. Shower was with barely working electric heater. With so many hot springs and natural heat I would expect hot shower.

The location was beautiful, clean, and quiet
The staff at the restaurant could have been a bit nicer.

The king bed was a very welcomed feature, especially since we had been travelling for a few days and appreciated the space to rest. The pools were right outside our room, which was amazing. The paths are all well-lit, so you can walk through the jungle and not fear that you'll get lost. The whole ambience of the place is just really cool. Highly recommend staying the night!! You won't regret it.
We tried to turn on the hot water for a shower, but we didn't get any. I'm not sure whether it was because everyone was showering at the same time or not... Not a deal breaker since we were still hot from the termales. Also, it would've been really nice if they had a hair dryer in the room, as your hair will not dry overnight :D But, they did supply me with one when I asked, so that was super nice!

Wow - what an incredible place! This was not on our essential Colombia itinerary but I recommend you add it to yours - we will moving forward. We honestly ended up here because we had an extra day before we had to be back in Medellin from Salento and I'm so happy we did. It's in the most incredible national park and it is truly an experience. The thermal pools are incredible and I do recommend taking a dip in the thermal river here! Just stunning and so relaxing. I will say it was a bit pricey to get there via cab. I think we paid 300,000 COP from Salento (not bad for two hours, but definitely more than we were used to on a backpacker budget). I just say that to prepare you for it or to give you time to try and figure out another method if budget is important. BUT for the rate of the room, access to the pools and also all the food that was included - the rate we paid to stay here was incredible! Also the food was fantastic! Finally - the journey there is really stunning!
If they have some transfer options from the city - I think it be helpful but to be honest - I loved the trek so that added to it. Great place!

The breakfast was excellent. The place is deep inside the mountains, very beautiful.
The price was a high for the quality of the room, which was only the beds and a bathroom. Nothing else.

The natural hot springs were wonderful, the staff was attentive and helpful, and we could have as many towels as we needed. The setting in the mountains was gorgeous. The buffet breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful.
The dinner a la carte was a bit bland. But the service was great!

The hot springs were amazing. Worth the very long drive. We even got up at 6.30 to use the facilities before the hoards and kids decended. No one was up. It was idyllic
The hotel. £70 for a basic room with 2 bunk beds and a double. Fair enough by British prices, but we just came from an amazing hotel for half the price. But really it was just the feel of the place not the cost. The staff didn't speak English at the entrance at the bottom of the hill so it took 30 minutes to Just pay for a booking made through booking.com. they wouldn't take Debit card on line so we had to stop and pay before the extra 1 hour drive up the hill to hotel.
Once we got there, no one spoke English. No WiFi, no data connection so couldn't do a translate. The food was bad. The breakfast even worse. Thank god for the thermal springs!

The hotsprings and spot are wonderful. The water is alkaline and there is little sulfur. The steam baths from the water are a great idea and the really natural pools are very lovely. Also the employees are helpful and lovely.
The hotel itself is pretty mediocre. The is no heating and the floors are ice cold. Getting in and out of a wet bathing suit in a very cold room is not so great. There are also no blow dryers so I needed to sleep with a hat on to keep my head warm. Also from the rooms the sound of some kind of dryer or generator is almost constantly going day and night which really cuts into the ambiance of the place. Also the walls of the rooms are paper thin and you can literally hear everything going on in your neighbours room. We were woken up every night and kept up for hours with loud talking and music. The food is also not so great, and you have the owner making speeches about how healthy the place is every breakfast on a microphone, while they feed you pork sausages and mushy eggs. When the owner asked us how our stay was going, he was not open to actually receiving our feedback, but was rather defensive.
Overall, the hotsprings are worth visiting, the hotel is not.

The pools are fantastic, we saw some hummingbirds. Two or three pools are natural, the others are more accessible for older or less mobile people. The restaurant was good, though they could chill the white wine and get better juice. The staff were very helpful and English was spoken by one man who helped us get a taxi back to town. I could hear the man in the room next to me snoring, so if you can afford it get a chalet. It's quite old, bring a coat and jumper.
The man snoring next door. Some mould on the ceiling. It cost 200,000 to get there by taxi from Pereira and only 12,500 per person to get back to Santa Rosa.

Tranquility. It’s a farm style w/ several hot springs pools.
I was expecting to have a visual of the beautiful waterfalls on premises, but learned they where a 45min walk away. No access to internet or TV.

The nature of the place and the swimming pools...
No hot water in the bedroom's bathroom. Cold shower and cold sink to shave...
