It was exactly as described and great location, convenient parking on street and lots of food options locally.

It was clean and comfortable and fucntional. Very little staff visibility but all instructions were clear and rooms checked with fresh towels etc each day.

Slighlty procier than I believed but not a major gripe.

This is a self serve accommodation. When I went to my room the key did not work. So I called the number on the information email. The lady (I'm horrible with remembering names) answered the phone and came straight down. I was in my room in minutes, she then brought me an extension lead for my cpap machine, and made me a reservation for Gafneys restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I was already aware of this but a breakfast option would be nice.

We got locked out of our room. Our key wouldn’t work for ages. The fact no staff were on-site slowed the process.

The accommodations were bare minimum. No on-site staff. No food, drink, or other amenities. The room was small and stuffy, the bed uncomfortable. The bath fan came crashing to the floor, a sign of poor workmanship or maintenance. We moved out after one night and they charged us for all four nights booked, refusing to offer even a partial refund. We ended up in a lovely, full service hotel, with a large, comfortable room and all amenities, and breakfast included, for about the same cost as this dump.

Room only, so no food available onsite, but cafe just few doors down, perfect for a base to tour around

Over-reliance on non-sustainable products and single-use plastics was disappointing and in certain cases, unnecessary; for instance, a plastic spoon. Non-compostable disposal takeaway cups with the kettle.
