La localisation au milieu de la jungle, l’environnement extérieur qui préserve la nature, tout est bien pensé à l’intérieur de la villa

All the gorgeous plants and trees, the pool, the birds! PERFECT location: literally a 5 minute walk to the village of Macario Gomez with its AWESOME little eateries and shops for essentials, and a short drive from dozens of different cenotes and ruins to explore. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and we could hardly tell there were other people staying there, each of the villas are so well tucked away.

I wish I could have stayed longer than just 3 nights!

Erg ruim huis in een prachtige omgeving/tuin. Erg veel privacy. Heerlijk zwembad. Fijne rustige omgeving. Alles bereikbaar met een auto.

Er hing een rare geur in huis toen we aankwamen. Alle ramen open gezet maar hielp niet echt. 's avonds kwamen we er pas achter dat het gasfornuis nog open stond, er hing dus een gaslucht in huis!

Me gustó el entorno natural con plantas,aves que llegan,la alberca,y que es muy tranquilo,sin ruidos de nada de afuera,parecía como si solo estuviéramos nosotros en el terreno y espacios, también la atención y amabilidad de José en especial,pero también los otros chicos que trabajan son atentos y la seguridad que se siente en el lugar.Tambien me gustó la limpieza y que te dan toallas aparte para la alberca y los dispensadores de shampoo, acondicionador están geniales,nunca me habían ofrecido ese detalle

Pues olía a humedad la aldea, aunque después de un rato te acostumbradas y ya no lo percibias,cuando salías y volvías a entrar olía siempre,creo que ayudaría utilizar un deshumidificador de manera regular,son muy buenos y eficientes, y la regadera no funcionaba bien,el agua caliente no es permanente,dura como 2 minutos y luego se enfría totalmente,nunca me pude bañar con agua tibia, además se inunda muy fácilmente,parece ser que hace falta limpiar la tubería porque se va muy lento el agua y la puerta de la regadera tampoco me gustó,es como de cantina y no es práctica porque además no tienes privacidad al bañarte,haría falta ponerle otro tipo de puerta y una banca para poder vestirse adentro

The surroundings with lots of plants, nice small swimming pool, nice room. Nice staff, very friendly. We were able to relax and do nothing after some hectic days at the beach in nearby playa.

It was not clear from booking advertising the location because it's about 19 KM from Tulum. So might be good to not show this accomodation for Tulum as it's not. Nevertheless it was nice and calm. Air conditioning was not fully working for the bedroom.

The bed was super comfortable, and sheets were changed every other day. The villa was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning and wifi. The surrounding location around our villa was gorgeous, beautiful plants and landscaping. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing. We loved staying in the jungle outside of downtown Tulum as it was quiet and private. You definitely will want to rent a car or a motorbike if you are staying here, as it is not walkable to downtown Tulum. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be coming back some day!

My only complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to turn off our patio lights at night, and thus there was some low light streaming through the window at night, and we prefer total darkness. A very minor complaint, and not really an issue as I had packed an eye mask.
