Cleanliness of the place. The staff took good care of cleaning the place.

Staff weren't friendly. Also, the bed was very bad.

Accommodation

The hotel was perfectly placed for what we needed. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and massage parlors in the area. The room was comfortable and perfectly acceptable. No breakfast available, I guess due to Covid restrictions, however there is a 7-11 next door.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like. I knew what facilities the hotel had to offer and what the room looked like before I made the booking. The fact there was no breakfast available was not an issue for me.

The room layout was really nice. The inverter aircon was really great. Very good security! Exceptionally clean and well furnished!

The fridge was very tiny!

Staff friendly

Many mosquito in room, whole night near kill 30 mosquito.

The staff were friendly, even made me a breakfast box to go since I had to check out before breakfast was served! The room is basic, but clean – all that I needed. It's a bit of a traffic mess to get into the city, but the river ferry isn't too far away and a much better way to get around. Overall, a great choice for low cost stay in Bangkok!
