¡¡Bienvenido a casa!! Tenemos una pasión por la hospitalidad y se nota en todos los toques especiales que hemos agregado a nuestra casa para nuestros huéspedes. Te encantará quedarte en esta encantadora casa que tiene una increíble distribución abierta. More than enough room for two couples visiting relatives in nearby Westminster for 2 1/2 weeks. The home was well-supplied and the owner was friendly and attentive. There was a spacious fenced in back yard with room for our 2 (pre-approved) small dogs. Convenient to Old Town Arvada, Denver sites and Golden. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There is a busy street behind the home, but it was pretty well screened.

This is a fabulous house to rent We had 8 adults and 4 children, plenty of room for all. It's in a great location, close to a park and grocery stores within a mile. Old town is easy to get to as well. Ryan was wonderful to work with, he responded quickly to any questions I had. Great house, great owners- what more could you want in a vacation rental? My family and I, 10 of us, stayed in this fabulous home for 5 nights, and we had a great time! The house was very clean and spacious!! We only needed 4 of the 7 bedrooms; the beds were super comfortable. :)
The kitchen was very spacious--we used it a lot. Plus, there were so many places to sit and eat--2 dining tables and 4 bar stools!!
The owners were super gracious and helpful with a couple requests we had.
it was cold outside, but i would have loved to sit in the backyard and enjoy the back porch.
One other special thing we loved was they had an old time record player with some fun albums. We enjoyed listening to some great music!! :)
