Nice helpful staff , i booked this hotel because it was close to Medicana hospital. only 1 minute walking to the emergency entrance. so the location is perfect for the hospital.

the room was always dark. no hard lights, so if u like the darkness u will be happy

!!!!! BEWARE FOREIGNERS WHO TRAVEL HERE !!!! Everything was all good until the last moment just before we checked out. Utter disappointment! The Authorities need to monitor the owner of this place. His practices are sly and unethical. Just before check out the young receptionist said I needed to pay an excess of 2,000 LIRA more as they were unable to process my payment for one of the rooms. Two rooms were booked in total. It's funny because the payments were paid in Sterling and they confirmed my payment during the check-in... and now they are demanding more payment needs to be done in LIRA. I've got to the bottom of this pathetic argument and what happened is that during my stay GBP/TRY went from 24 lira per pound to 15 lira per pound. So these guys seemed to have cashed out my payment at the wrong time when sterling was valued low and hence they are trying to cover their losses/differences from their customer. So if you want to avoid such nonsense, don't deal with them Sizes of the rooms were outrageously small. Very very dark with all lights turned on Baby Cot was not hygienic
