Location, good & fast Wi-Fi internet, Mr. Kelvin and staff

The staff and location were great. Best bed ever. Wifi was good since we were working from home. Have the metro so closeby made it easy to travel everywhere. Botanic Gardens was just 8 - 10 mins walk away. Cold storage (supermarket) right below the apartment, alongwith a very good cafe. For our 2 week stay, Alocassia was perfect.

Unfortunately the gym was under renovation so we couldn't use it. McDonald's was the only option in terms of eating out. Would have loved having some hawker stalls closeby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice apartment that was comfortable and fully equipped other than no washing machine. Request for drying rack was accommodated promptly. Nice pool. Close to MRT and buses. Food and shopping in the building (expensive supermarket). Nice area to walk around. Interesting location - close to, but not right in, Orchard Rd and Botanical Gardens areas, so less touristy than some places.

No washing machine in otherwise fully equipped apartment. Apartment a little outdated/tired.

The manager and staff fantast,ic, great location we used the train and buses all the time,never used a taxi,the trains and buses only a few metres away very cheap and only ever waited 3 minutes for either.would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Centrally-located. Allocated apartment was clean. Also very near the MRT. Supermart and eating places easily available. Mr Kelvin was very helpful and supportive. He made my stay at the property worthwhile.

Unlike M Kelvin, the overall front desk staff was too "business-like". Basic amenities like soap, shampoo and tissue paper should be replenished for short-term stays of up to 2 weeks. Plumbing connected to the shower needs a check as water overflowed from shower drain to the drain pipe (near the bathroom left sink) when shower was used. Had to wipe the "flooded" floor area every night in my allocated apartment.. Reported the issue but as my stay was short, suggested it be attended only after I checked out.

great location next to metro and bus stop, very comfortable bed, shower, aircon good. Kitchen was basic but sufficient for our needs.

The apartment was huge, we'll equipped, and very comfortable. MRT (train) station was a 2 minute walk away, and the building housed a restaurant, cafe, take away food outlets and a small supermarket. There is a pool with heated spa. Kelvin and his staff are extremely helpful. The location gave us ready access to the main Singapore attractions and shopping via either MRT or the very efficient and cheap taxi/ride share services.

There was nothing to dislike.

The spacious apartment. The manager Kelvin is very helpful. The location near Stephens MRT is excellent. Now has two lines running through it. Not a very big complex but very clean.

The pool is quite cold as not much sun seems to hit it. The complex is quite old and the rooms have too many Superfluous items, like ceramic vases, statues etc which just clutter the apartment. No washing up products for dishes etc. the tv programs are pretty basic. No sport channels. Mainly CNN, Sky, BBC and for us the best one was ABC news channel. (Australian)

A good location, an MRT station (Stevens ) was 100 metres away and a bus stop into Orchard/Scotts was 175 metres away. Useful to have supermarket on ground floor, plus gymnasium and cafe. Plenty of room in apartment.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. It was very dusty (surfaces and carpets), the carpets were full of black dirty marks, the toilet had encrusted urine stains and the shower leaked: so not a good start. On day 5 while making the bed we found a cockroach crawling in the bedding, we then encountered another cockroach in the bathroom. We captured them and took them down to reception (see attached photos: container and glass are those from the apartment kitchen). We moved out to allow them to get the pest control people in, which they did. When we asked for a refund for this inconvenience they told us that they do not give refunds and we should seek the refund from Booking.com.. They took no accountability or responsibility for their failings.

Location was really good for our purposes. Staff were very good . It was very handy to have a laundry on site.

Third floor Bukit Timah Road side room very noisy. Window seals need replacing to fix this.

A large apartment with excellent fittings. Management courteous and efficient. Close to bus and underground.

Manager was really friendly and called upfront to confirm booking and arrival time. He also called after the stay to ask if everything was in order.

If you are looking for a luxurious and ultra modern property, this is not the place for you. We found the place to be well maintained, homely, very clean and the apartment had everything that we needed. Most importantly, the KS bed was super comfortable with good quality pillows. We only needed to buy a few items like a cleaning sponge and dishwashing liquid. The manager, Kelvin, was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioner which was attended to promptly. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and accommodating if you needed her to come back later in the morning if you are still in the apartment. The reception is manned 24/7 and the laundry downstairs was very useful. In addition to two fast food places, there is an Italian restaurant, a Jurlique spa, a fitness centre, an optometrist, a small supermarket with fresh food and Ritual Cafe which has great coffee, pastries and healthy food. We loved staying at this homely and welcoming place and will return again.
