I have paid for breakfast but they didn't served breakfast for me

The staff behaviour. He told me to pay extra. I refused and then he said me to leave the place and i paid the extra amount and stayed

while booking it is mentioned that the hotel has a kitchen facility and I took the facility of Dinner and Breakfast, but on reaching the property they denied having any Kitchen and no refund was made available.

Improve the quality of food and also the price

Room was not clean, same with washroom bedsheets, geyser was there but no hot water, TV was not working. No complimentary mineral water bottles at the time of check-in. Called room service for toiletries early morning for as it was not there in the room..they took around 30-45 minutes to provide that and I had to call 3-4 times in between. Staff behaviour was very bad..area was pathetic...

Location is on main road and approachable with assistance for parking. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Room was equipped with working amenities.

Except the helpers the managers were not very warm and welcoming. Especially the one at late night duty was quite rude in turning down the request of providing a plate for ordered food even a mere demand for disposable plate was not attended. Also they denied of receiving any intimation of free breakfast which was otherwise included at the time of booking.

Room are not clean room service is very bad ... No mobile signal in room no communication at all totally bad experience in that property.

The staff was not cooperative. They did not behave in good manner. We were not even given sleepers for washroom. We asked them but they did not respond well.
